Last-start Championship Stakes (Gr 2, 2100m) winner Hezashocka (Shocking) will continue his career in Australia and head into training with Mick Price and Michael Kent jr.

The son of Shocking (Street Cry) landed the Championship Stakes for trainers Shaun and Emma Clotworthy and his new trainers will aim the gelding at the Queensland Derby (Gr 1, 2400m) at Eagle Farm on June 29.

"He lands at Eagle Farm on Wednesday for the Derby," Price told Racing.com. "He looks a lovely horse. He looks a clean-winded type of gelding.

"I don't know him well, but the plan is to run him straight into the Derby, which will be fine.

"I will be up there shortly to get to know him and have a look at him."

The stable is also likely to run Thousand Guineas (Gr 1, 1600m) winner Odeum (Written Tycoon) in Brisbane after a freshen following a substandard run when she finished 12th of 13 runners in the Queen Of The Turf Stakes (Gr 1, 1600m) on April 17.

"She is doing a bit of barrier work at the moment and coping well," Price said. "She's always been a little bit funny in the gates but she's doing some work and then she's running in the Dane Ripper."

The Dane Ripper Stakes (Gr 2, 1400m) will be run at Eagle Farm on June 12.
