116th stakes winner for Waikato Stud’s champion sire and 21st bred on the Savabeel - O’Reilly cross
Forget You (3 c ex Simply You by O’Reilly) ran down Mr Mozart (Snitzel) in the final strides of Friday’s night’s Stutt Stakes (Gr 2, 1600m) at Moonee Valley, becoming stakes winner number 116 for Waikato Stud’s champion sire Savablee (Zabeel) and the 21st stakes winner bred on the Savabeel - O’Reilly (Last Tycoon) cross.

Bred by Gary Chittick, Forget You was bought by Busuttin Racing for NZ$330,000 at last year’s New Zealand Bloodstock Ready2Race Sale when offered by Ohukia Lodge and he has now won twice and placed in another two of his six career starts.
He is out of the winning mare Simply You (O’Reilly) who is herself a daughter of the Chittick-raced dual Group One winner Glamour Puss (Tale Of The Cat). Simply You has produced one other winner to date and further back this is the family of Group One winner Vision And Power (Carnegie) as well as Listed winners Bonny O’Reilly (O’Reilly) and Pretty To Sea (Ocean Park).
Forgot You firmed into $15 for the Caulfield Guineas, while he’s now the $10 second favourite for the Victoria Derby (Gr 1, 2500m). The colt also remains in th
