Kodiac (Danehill) sired his 73rd stakes winner on Friday when Bear Story (3 c ex Angels Story by Galileo) won the Diamond Stakes (Gr 3, 1m2.5f) at Dundalk. Based at Tally Ho Stud in Ireland, Kodiac has sired five Group One winners to date including Cambridge Stud shuttler Hello Youmzain. 

 

137 for Invincible Spirit
In winning Friday’s Rockfel Stakes (Gr 2, 7f) at Newmarket, Hello You (2 f ex Lucrece by Pivotal) became stakes winner number 137 for the Irish National Stud-based sire Invincible Spirit (Green Desert). Now trained by David Loughnane, Hello You beat the Highclere-raced Cachet (Acclaim) by a length and a half. 

 

99 for Teofilo
Without A Fight (4 g ex Khor Sheed by Dubawi) recorded his fifth career victory and first at stakes level when he won Friday’s Godolphin Stakes (Listed, 1m4f) at Newmarket, becoming the 99th stakes winner for former Darley shuttler Teofilo (Galileo). The Simon and Ed Crisford-trained geling pulled clear to a decisive two and three quarter length victory over Fox Tal (Sea The Stars).
