Listed winner Storm Belt, a son of Vinery shuttler More Than Ready (Southern Halo), will stand at Haras de la Bareliere in France this year.

Trained by Doug Watson, Storm Belt won The Entisar (Listed, 2000m) on dirt at Meydan and is one of 200 stakes winners by More Than Ready who shuttled to Australia for the last time in 2019.

Bred by Darley, Storm Belt is out of the unraced mare Mari's Thunder (Thunder Gulch), a half-sister to the multiple Grade 1 winner Congaree (Arazi), herself the dam of Grade 1 winner Wedding Toast (Street Sense).

Storm Belt will stand for a fee of €2,000 in 2020.

More Than Ready, whose stakes winners are headed by 24 Group / Grade 1 winners, has 17 lots catalogued to sell on the Gold Coast next week.
