By Acclamation (Royal Applause), Marsha is out of the Listed-winning mare Marlinka (Marju) who has also produced the Group 3 winner Judicial (Iffraaj). Her third dam is Kalinka (Soviet Star), the dam of five winners headed by the Elite Racing-raced multiple Group 1 winner Soviet Song (Marju). This is also the family of fellow Group 1 winner Ribbons (Manduro).
