Daughter of Australian-bred mare Al Anood scores an impressive victory over seven furlongs

Bint Al Anood (3 f Dubawi - Al Anood by Danehill) scored an impressive length and a quarter victory over seven furlongs at Kempton on Saturday at her second start and first start this year. 

Starting favourite, the John Gosden-trained filly, who was bred by Essafinaat Uk Ltd and races in the colours of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, beat Lightning Lou (Brazen Beau) whilst Front Of LIne (Cable Bay) finished in third. 

Bint Al Anood becomes the sixth winner for her dam, the Listed placed Danehill (Danzig) mare Al Anood making her a half-sister to dual Group 1 winner and Coolmore stallion Pride Of DUbai (Street Cry) as well as South African Grade 2 winner Enaad (High Chaparral). Her second dam is Eljazzi (Artaius) who produced ten winners headed by Prix de Diane (Gr 1, 2100m) winner Rafha (Kris) who produced leading sire Invincible Spirit (Green Desert).
