Will join bloodstock agency prior to Arqana August Yearling Sale

Martin Buick, who has spent the last five years at Niarchos, will join Hubie de Burgh’s De Burgh Equine ahead of the Arqana August Yearling Sale. 

“Hubie approached me recently to see if I would consider joining forces with him,” said Buick. “It was a very tough decision to leave the Niarchos Family racing office, but I am really looking forward to the new chapter and challenge ahead. I cannot thank Maria Niarchos-Gouaze, Electra Niarchos and my boss Alan Cooper enough for the journey over the last five years. 

“My time working for the Niarchos family has given me invaluable experience on an international level and I count myself lucky to have been part of their distinguished organisation.”

Prior to joining Niarchos, Buick spent time in Australia with Archie Alexander Racing and Arrowfield Stud.
