Tally-Ho Stud announced the fees for the six stallions that they will stand in 2023, with Mehmas (Acclamation) the most expensive of those at €60,000.

Retired to stud in 2017 at a fee of €12,500, Mehmas stood for €25,000 in 2021 off the back of him being crowned champion first season sire. That fee that was doubled for this year to €50,000 and Mehmas has enjoyed another successful year on the racetrack with Minzaal taking out the Group 1 Haycock Sprint Cup (6f), to become his sires third Group 1 winner.

Kodiac (Danehill) will stand for a reduced fee of €40,000, down from €65,000. The successful son of Danehill (Danzig) is now 22.

Cotai Glory (Exceed And Excel) meanwhile has had his fee raised from €8,500 to €12,500. He sired his first Group 1 winner when his juvenile daughter, The Platinum Queen, won the Group 1 Prix de l'Abbaye (1000m) at Longchamp on Arc day last month.

Starman (Dutch Art) will stand his second season for a reduced fee of €15,000, down from €17,500 in 2022 and Kessaar (Kodiac) and Inns Of Court (Invincible Spirit) will stand for unchanged fees of €5,000.
