Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.
Nine-year-old mare Inflamed topped Thursday's session of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale when purchased for US$170,000 by Glen Hill Farm. By Unusual Heat Inflamed was sold in foal to Tapiture. Carrie Brogden, buying in the name of Machmer Hall, purchased the second top lot during Thursday's session when going to US$135,000 for Alana B, an unraced daughter of former Arrowfield shuttler Animal Kingdom who was sold in foal to Midshipman. The mare was consigned by her breeder Godolphin. Brogden also purchased the third highest priced lot, Lyrical Diva, for US$80,000 during the session.
On Thursday 263 lots sold for US4,465,300 at an average of US$16,978 and median of US$11,000.
