During the 2019 sale so far, 2,370 horses have been sold for US$198,257,400 at an average of US$83,653 and a median of US$31,000 compared to the 2018 renewal when 2,644 horses sold for a total of US$197,851,300.
Friday's session topper was Upandtotheright, a daughter of Creative Cause who was purchased by Hill 'N' Dale for US$77,000. The three-year-old was sold by Lane's End as agent in foal to Connect. The sale finishes on Sunday 17 November.
