On Friday a federal judge dismissed the Kentucky Derby (Grade 1) lawsuit filed by the owners of Maximum Security that sought to overturn the controversial stewards' disqualification of the colt who crossed the line first but was deemed to have caused interference. The winner of the 2019 Kentucky Derby is Country House who finished second but was elevated to first after the disqualification of Maximum Security.

Maximum Security has won his last 2 starts including the Haskell Invitational (Grade 1) at Monmouth in July and then took out the Bold Ruler Handicap (Grade 3) at Belmont last month.
