What are the top picks of your draft?
We have a fantastic draft and it’s hard to select just one standout.  We are delighted with the quality of stock by our two freshman sires, Menari (Snitzel) and Russian Revolution (Snitzel) that we are showcasing at Magic Millions. They are all fantastic examples of progeny by Russian Revolution and Menari, and are out of young quality pedigreed mares. 
 

How do you feel the 2021 sale will measure compared to previous renewals?  
We are delighted with the amount of on farm inspections. If anything, we’ve actually been busier this year with on farm inspections than we have in previous years. Speaking to the agents and trainers that are coming through the gate, everyone seems very positive so we are hoping for a good sale. 
 

How do you think the current COVID pandemic will affect the sale? 
COVID will certainly affect international buyers but I think throughout the 2020 sales season both in Australia and worldwide, travel restrictions have proved to be less of an issue then expected due to the prevalence of online tools for buyers like videos and photos.
 

What is the thing you like most about the Gold Coast Sale?
The sale comes after the breeding season, and especially this year, I think everyone is looking forward to getting to the Gold Coast to sample all the great hospitality and ambiance.
