A colt by Mehmas (Acclamation) topped Friday's rescheduled Goffs November Foal Sale when bought for €75,000 by Tally Ho. By Europe's leading first season sire, the colt is the second foal out of the unraced Vida Amorosa (Lope De Vega) whilst further back this is the family of successful sure Danehill Dancer (Danehill). He was catalogued as Lot 279 from the draft of Ringfort Stud.

A total of four lots sold for €50,000 or more with Avenue Bloodstock buying two of the top lots; a colt by Dandy Man (Mozart) for €60,000 and a son of Dawn Approach (New Approach) for €70,000.

Overall on Friday 158 of the 254 lots offered sold at a clearance rate of 62 per cent. The aggregate was €2,178,200, average sat at €13,786 and the median was €10,000. The sale continues on Saturday.
