Colt - Snitzel - Kangarilla Joy by Lonhro

A son of Arrowfield Stud’s three-time champion sire Snitzel (Redoute’s Choice), the colt is the second foal out of three time-winning Lonhro (Octagonal) mare Kangarilla Joy. The colt hails from the family of 1987 Blue Diamond Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m) winner Midnight Fever (Luskin Star) and she is the grandam of Listed winner Woppit (Danzero) and Group 1 winner Classic Rock (Fastnet Rock). This is also the family of Group 2 winner Astrodame (Flying Spur) and Group 3-winning duo Ulmann (Sebring) and Mahisara (More Than Ready).

Colt - Zoustar - Lake Geneva by Fastnet Rock

The colt is out of Listed winner Lake Geneva (Fastnet Rock) - a daughter of Group 2 winner Hips Don’t Lie (Stravinsky), who in turn also produced Group 3 winner Ennis Hill and this season’s standout Inglis Nursery (RL, 1000m) winner Acrobat. A sort after family, who has already proved popular at this year’s sale, with Seamus Mills paying $625,000 for an American Pharoah (Pioneerof The Nile) colt out of Ennis Hill on Wednesday.

Colt - I Am Invincible - Lipari by Redoute’s Choice

The son of I Am Invincible (Invincible Spirit) is out of stakes-placed daughter of Redoute’s Choice (Danehill) Lipari, who has already proved herself a good broodmare sire, with her three winners stakes winners, headed by Australian Derby (Gr 1, 2400m) winner Levendi (Pierro) and Group 3 scorera Wu Gok (Sebring) and Marcel From Madrid (Sepoy). The Lipari herself is a daughter of Group 1 winner Tully Thunder (Thunder Gulch), while she is also the grandam of Listed scorer Duplicity (Duporth).

Filly - I Am Invincible - Maastricht by Mastercraftsman

The filly is a sister to superstar mare Loving Gaby and will certainly garner attention on that connection alone. She is out of Group 2-placed Mastercraftsman (Danehill Dancer) mare Maastricht, who is herself a half-sister to Goodwood (Gr 1, 1200m) winner Velocitea (Volksraad) as well as Listed scorer Weaponry (Declaration Of War).

The daughter of Snitzel is out of unraced War Emblem (Our Emblem) mare War Emblem, making her a three-quarter sister to Group 3 scorer Anders (Not A Single Doubt), while she is a sister to stakes performer Battleground. Further afield this family is littered with stakes winners, including Grade 1 scorer Exciting Story (Diablo) and Listed-winning duo Strong Memory (End Sweep) and Sweeping Story (End Sweep), who in turn produced Sweeping Paddy (Paddy O’Prado) and C S Incharge (Take Charge Indy).

Colt - Pierro - Mischief Night by Into Mischief

By Coolmore Stud-based stallion Pierro (Lonhro), the colt is out of unraced Shamardal (Giant’s Causeway) mare Mischief Night, who was purchased by Hollymount Stud for $200,000 at the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale in 2019 when carrying the youngster in utero. The colt is a half-brother this season’s Vain Stakes (Gr 3, 1100m) winner Our Playboy (Sebring), who will take his chance in the Magic Millions 3YO Classic (RL, 1400m) on Saturday. However, one of the biggest upsides of the youngsters pedigree lies under his Group 3-winning second dam November Flight (Flying Spur), who produced his Group 1-winning three-quarter brother Pierata, Group 3 winning half-brother Ashokan (More Than Ready) as well as stakes-placed winning two-year-old Jet Propulsion (Rubick).

The son of Zoustar (Northern Meteor) is out of six-time winning stakes performing mare Miss Husson (Husson) and is from the extended family of Group 1 winner Outback Prince (Desert Prince) and dual elite level scorer Hotel Grand (Grand Lodge). Further afield this is also the same family as Listed scorer Turbo Street (Encosta De Lago) and Group 2 winner Scott Base (Dalghar).

The colt is the first foal out of winning Fastnet Rock (Danehill) mare Mousai, who is herself a three-quarter sister to Thousand Guineas (Gr 1, 1600m) winner Amicus. Mousai herself is out of stakes-placed Made Of Gold (Green Forest) mare Gold Anthem, making her a half-sister to multiple stakes winner champion and Rosemont Stud shuttler Starspangledbanner (Choisir) and the Gold Chant (El Moxie) - the dam of the aforementioned Amicus and Listed winner Cheer Leader (Snitzel).

This daughter of Widden Stud-based sire Zoustar (Northern Meteor) is out of American Grade 3 winner Pasar Siblano, making him a brother to Group 2 scorer and dual Group 1 runner-up Zousain, who now stands alongside his father at Widden Stud. Further back this is the same family as Listed scorer Gerfalcon (Hawk Wing) and fellow stakes winner Come To Heel (Elnadim).
