After two days of selling at the 2021 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, gains were seen at all levels of the market with the biggest increase - 27.23 per cent - seen in the bottom ten per cent of the market. This increased from $16,775 in 2020 to $23,024 this year. 

Significant increases were also seen in the top end of the market for fillies with the top decile up to $270,667, an increase of 26.83 per cent compared to the 2020 figure of $198,056. Five fillies have now sold for $300,000 or more with two; Lot 396 (Capitalist - Tricky Zippy) and Lot 461 (Written Tycoon - Ariaz) both making $380,000.
