2021 South Island Sale will be held on NZB’s Gavelhouse Plus for the second year in a row 

Entries have opened for New Zealand Bloodstock’s 2021 South Island Sale, which for the second year in a row will be held on Gavelhouse Plus, and the 2021 National Weanling Sale which will be held as a physical sale. 

Entries for the South Island Sale will close on March 17 at 5pm and the catalogue is set to go live on Gavelhouse Plus on March 29, with bidding available from April 12 and closing incrementally from April 14. 

All South Island Sale stock will be inspected by New Zealand Bloodstock agents with New Zealand-based agents also available to inspect the lots on behalf of anyone not physically able to.  

The 2021 National Weanling Sale meanwhile, will be held as a physical sale at the Karaka Sales Complex on Friday May 14. This year’s only weanling sale to be conducted by New Zealand Bloodstock will provide the opportunity for domestic buyers to inspect and bid on the lots while their online bidding service will be available for international buyers and those not able to attend the sale. 

Entries for the sale will close on Friday March 5 at 5pm.
