The catalogue for the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale has been boosted by some high-class supplementary lots, headlined by Group 1-winning pair Faint Perfume (Shamardal), who will be offered in foal to I Am Invincible (Invincible Spirit), while Yosei (Invincible Spirit) will be offered carrying a foal by multiple champion sire Snitzel (Redoute’s Choice).

Catalogued as Lot 1365 and offered by Widden Stud as agent for Sun Stud, dual Group 1 winner Faint Perfume has already proven herself a top-class producer with her five winners headed by Group 2 winner Good Idea (So You Think) and Group 3 scorer Chains Of Honour (Redoute’s Choice).

The daughter of Shamardal (Giant’s Causeway) herself is out of fellow dual Group 1 scorer Danendri (Danehill), making her a half-sister to Group 3 winner Zingam (Zabeel) and Listed winner and Group 1-placed Banc De Fortune (Galileo) - the dam of New Zealand Group 1 winner Bonham (Per Incanto).

Joining her in the Widden Stud draft, as agent for Sun Stud, is three-time elite level winner Yosei and she is catalogued as Lot 1360

The mare has produced two winners to date, headed by stakes-placed Mission River (Redoute’s Choice).

Another exciting addition to the National Broodmare Sale is dual Group 3-winning filly Chica Fuerte (Hinchinbrook) and she will be offered as racing and breeding prospect by Baystone Farm as Lot 715.

A winner of this season’s Ethereal Stakes (Gr 3, 2000m) and Alexandra Stakes (Gr 3, 1600m), the daughter of Hinchinbrook (Fastnet Rock) is out of Guapa (Rock Hard Ten), who is herself a daughter of Listed winner Last Approach (Far Out East).

Six of the mares from Sun Stud are proven stakes producers. Among them are the dams of Group 1 winner Politeness (Street Sense) and fellow group winners Good Idea (So You Think), Madam Rouge (Zoustar), Chains of Honour (Redoute’s Choice) and Hawkshot (Fiorente).

Two stallion prospects Johannes Vermeer and Orderofthegarter, both sons of champion international sire Galileo (Sadler’s Wells), will go under the hammer as part of the Newgate Farm consignment while a share in Sooboog (Snitzel) will join the catalogue.

The National Weanling Sale welcomes five new supplementary lots for the Coolmore Stud draft – by sires No Nay Never (Scat Daddy), Saxon Warrior (Scat Daddy) and Vancouver (Medaglia d’Oro).
