The Aidan O'Brien-trained Order Of Australia (3 c ex Senta's Dream by Danehill) scored his third career victory in Saturday's Breeders' Cup Mile (Gr 1, 8f) and in doing so provided his Coolmore Stud-based sire Australia (Galileo) with his second Group / Grade 1 winner and 16th stakes winner.

The colt came into the race having been beaten almost 50 lengths in the International Stakes (Gr 3, 1m2f) at the Curragh on October 11 but made amends for that defeat and scored a neck victory over stablemate Circus Maximus (Galileo). The fellow O'Brien-trained Lope Y Fernandez (Lope De Vega) finished another three quarters of a length back in third.

"It's a real team effort, we're very happy," said O'Brien's traveling head man Pat Keating. "First 3 home is unbelievable. You need a lot of luck in this game. We're lucky enough to have good horses and good jockeys. I'm just happy for everyone involved."

Order Of Australia was ridden by Pierre-Charles Boudot who picked up the ride after Christophe Soumillon tested positive for COVID-19.

"Order Of Australia is a fast horse, the mile is very good for him, and the good ground was perfect," said Boudot. "He gave me a nice turn of foot, but when he got to the front, he's a tricky horse as he needs some help to concentrate. I'm over the moon."

Bred by Whisperview Trading Ltd, Order Of Australia is out of the unraced Danehill (Danzig) mare Senta's Dream who was bought for 14,000gns by BBA Ireland at the 2013 Tattersalls December Mare Sale. Senta's Dream has produced five winners headed by multiple Group 1 winner Iridessa (Ruler Of The World) whose victories included the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf (Gr 1, 10f) last year. The colt's second dam is dual Grade 1 winner Starine (Mendocino).

A triple Group 1 winner and son of multiple Group 1 winning mare Ouija Board (Cape Cross), Australia has sired 15 other stakes winners including his Group 1 winning son Galileo Chrome who was victorious in the St Leger (Gr 1, 1m6f).
