Former Yarradale Stud shuttler Frost Giant (Giant’s Causeway) has been pensioned from stallion duties at the age of 18. He will spend his retirement at ReRun Thoroughbred Adoption in New York. 

A Grade 1 winning son of Giant’s Causeway (Storm Cat), Frost Giant initially retired to Vinery New York in 2009 and has sired 17 stakes winners including the Simon Miller-trained dual Group 2 winner Valour Road and his US Grade 2 winning son Giant Expectations. 

He stood in Australia for two seasons, in 2013 and 2014, covering 132 mares.
