Some of the leading race mares and producers of the past decade will be offered at the Chairman’s Sale in Sydney in May.

The 53 fillies and mares in the catalogue include G1 Thousand Guineas winner Aloisia, dual G1 winner Srikandi in foal to American Pharoah, the dam of G1-winning Hong Kong champion Ivictory Inca Lagoon in foal to Sebring, G2-winning and G1-placed mare Snitty Kitty, champion filly Norzita in foal to Snitzel, and Pasadena Girl, the only G1-winning 2YO filly by Savabeel in foal to Sebring.

Others include Now Now, the dam of G2 winner and G1 placed millionaire Fiesta in foal to Pierro; Noondie, dam of last month’s G1 Oakleigh Plate winner Booker in foal to Written Tycoon; Dashoff, the dam of multiple Group winner and G1 placed sprinter Spright in foal to I Am Invincible; and high class Sebring mare Nettoyer offered as a racing and breeding prospect

The sal;e features mares in foal to Snitzel, I Am Invincible, Zoustar, Written Tycoon, Exceed And Excel, Russian Revolution, Merchant Navy, Pierro, Dundeel, No Nay Never, Brazen Beau, Impending, Deep Field and Capitalist.

The sale will begin with a nomination to new first season sire Trapeze Artist for the 2019 Australian breeding season with all proceeds going to injured jockey Tye Angland.

The other stallion offering is a share in G1 winner Russian Revolution.

There has been a significant change of the format and timing of both the Chairman's Sale and the Australian Broodmare and Weanling Sale, with the Chairman's Sale on the night of Friday May 3.

Under the new format weanlings have been incorporated as the first session of the Australian Broodmare and Weanling Sale and will consist of 257 lots.

A total of 361 broodmares and a share in Sizzling have been catalogued for the Broodmare and Weanling Sale running from May 2 through to May 6.
