Impeccably bred stallion Red Element is looking for a new home.

Having proven his worth as a reliable source of winners, Red Element is being offered in next week’s bloodstockauction.com.au online sale.

The winner of five of his 17 starts, Red Element was successful in Listed company twice over 1100m and 1200m.

His oldest progeny are seven and include 141 winners from 226 runners. This season he is averaging more than one winner a week with 40 of his sons and daughters having won with 13 of them being multiple winners over the last nine months.

They include Tarbert, who won three in a row at Coff's Harbour and Grafton, and Jardin Rouge, a dominant winner of her last four at Gatton and the Sunshine Coast by margins of up to 12 lengths.

His other twiners this season include Tempete Rouge, Dirty Rascal, Red Chandelier, Tempesta Rossa, Macau based The Pirate King who has been successful at four of his last eight starts, Santisimo, Tevye, Kunga George Munga, Great Powers and Olivia 'N' Me.

Members of his first crop still performing well at seven include the durable Chloride (winner of 11 races), He's Our Toy Boy (five times winner, 23 times placed), She Tells Lies (eight wins), Tudor Sunrise and the recent Sunshine Coast winner Denarius.

Red Element is a son of the influential sire Red Ransom, sire of 109 stakes winners including 16 G1 winners and a proven sire of sires.

His sire sons include All American, Charge Forward, Domesday, China Visit, Duporth, Ekraar, Handsome Ransom, Intikhab, Red Clubs, Roc de Cambes, Sri Pekan and Red Dazzler - all sires of G1 winners.

Red Element's dam is the four time G1 winner Tracy's Element (Last Tycoon). She is the dam of nine winners include six time G1 winner Typhoon Tracy and the stakes placed Kylikwong.

Tracy's Element is one of seven winners produced by the dual G3 winner Princess Tracy, also dam of Stradbroke Handicap winner Danasinga (successful sire of 33 stakes winners) and the Group winners Cullen (sire of three stakes winners including G1 winner Joy And Fun) and Towkay (sire of 13 stakes winners including four G1 winners).

Red Element is a descendant of the influential matriarch Woodbine, a family that features prolific stallions Storm Cat, Royal Academy, Be My Guest, Fusaichi Pegasus and Hennessy.
