The Tony McEvoy-trained 2YO colt Unfair Dismissal (All Too Hard x Up And Up by Exceed And Excel) won his third race from seven starts in the Listed Oaklands Plate over 1400m.

Unfair Dismissal was purchased for $120,000 at the 2017 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale by Tony Santic’s Makybe Racing and Breeding from the Baramul Stud draft.

Unfair Dismissal joins G2 winner Villermont, Demonentization, All Too Huiying and Curdled as All Too Hard’s stakes winners from his first two crops.

All Too Hard, a half-brother to champion mare Black Caviar by Casino Prince, has sired 13 juvenile winners this season and is second behind Pierro on Australia’s e leading second season sires’ table.

Unfair Dismissal is the first foal from Up And Up, a half-sister to the stakes-placed Raudkivi (Spinning World).

His second dam is the Listed winner Altrista (Sir Tristram) and his third dam is the G1 winner Alynda (Nassau).

Up And Up’s second foal by So You Think was purchased by Gold Coast trainer Les Kelly for $75,000 at the 2018 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

She has since produced a filly by Pluck and is in foal to Redwood.
