Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Tamworth, Albury, Cranbourne, Geelong, Gatton, Bordertown and Geraldton.

TAMWORTH: RACE 5 @ 1:55 PM

TYSON'S DREAM (9) progressive gelding trained on the track. Going through his grades nicely after winning as fav over 1600m at Quirindi on April 30. Looks up to this from the good draw. NORMAN (8) was below his best last time, finishing seventh and beaten 9 lengths over 2100m at this track. This is a nice drop in grade and is one of the main contenders. SEAHAVEN (3) back in trip and class here after tiring in the run to finish eighth over 2100m here on April 26. Can hold a forward position and run into the money. OUR GIRL EVE (10) produced another moderate effort last start when 5.5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1600m at Inverell. Capable of featuring prominently with the drop in weight.
SELECTIONS: Tyson's Dream to win.

ALBURY: RACE 4 @ 2:09 PM

The fleet-footed IMPOSING TALLULAH (5) bounced straight to the lead and gave nothing else a chance last start in a maiden over this course and distance. Lightly raced filly who is progressing well and can cope with this better company. MISSILE MAIDEN (8) struggled to run a strong 1460m at Queanbeyan last time out, finishing midfield. Very fit mare who is back to her right trip and should play a big role. BOX OF CRACKERS (4) led from barrier rise to collect her maiden win recently over this trip at Wagga. Took a long while to break through but should be prominent again with the confidence up. KAIDA BLAZE (2) resumes. Registered a win and three placings in the four runs of her maiden campaign. New to this distance but must be respected. SAINT LOFT (3) is ready to find form after three runs back from a spell.
SELECTIONS: Imposing Tallulah to win again.

CRANBOURNE: RACE 2 @ 5:45 PM

PHARARI (9) resumes having run second by the barest of margins on both occasions in her debut campaign. She was heavily supported at both starts which is always a good indicator and with a spell under the belt she can justify that early faith. OHSHE'STROUBLE (7) resumes having run a narrow fifth on debut at Moonee Valley before a spell. That form should hold up and she's won a jump out leading in. FIRST BEACH (3) is a colt by Nicconi on debut who has looked smart at the jump outs. Should be ready to run well. OUR WARHORSE (8) is a filly by Warhorse on debut in a smart stable who can figure.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Pharari.

GEELONG: RACE 8 @ 4:35 PM

TO BE FRANK (6) presents third-up for the premier barn and is better suited stepping back to the 1525m. He has plenty up his sleeve and Shinn is a key jockey engagement. Well-placed at best. NORDIC (10) was quickly back on track beaten a lip at Geelong. John Allen sticks and hard-fit he's ready to win. SUPER DAWN (13) won her Maiden here over this distance spiking her figures. Maps for the run of the race and represents a leading yard. She's sure to keep improving. ARTRESE (2) will be fitter and the longer journey should suit. Knocking on the door.
SELECTIONS: Backing To Be Frank.

GATTON: RACE 2 @ 11:55 AM

GREY IMPACT (6) looked handy finishing runner-up in town on debut before not being disgraced at Toowoomba at the latest effort. Will be at her peak now third time at the races and Cartwright sticks in the irons. Will prove very hard to toss. BORN FEARLESS (1) has been right there in all three runs this campaign and looks to be nearing a victory. Sure to be in the mix again. ROYLYN LASS (10) has hit the top five in four of five starts and is a must for the multiples. HOTFOOT PERFORMER (2) best of the rest.
SELECTIONS: Grey Impact to shed the maiden tag.

BORDERTOWN: RACE 4 @ 1:45 PM

THEBIGSOSSO (4) was well below his best last start at Gawler when all but retired from the race. Was racing in much better form at the beginning of the prep and should prove very hard to beat if he can recapture that form. The inside alley is a bonus. EXALTED KATE (6) comes in on the fresh side with 30 days between runs after disappointing at Gawler. Wasn't far away two back at Oakbank against tougher opposition, with the form out of the race stacking up superbly. Will need some luck from the wide alley but is right in the mix on best efforts. GAME COVE (9) possesses plenty of early and is sure to give backers a bold sight. Just doesn't win out of turn. FUGACITY (1) next best.
SELECTIONS: Thebigsosso the one to beat.

GERALDTON: RACE 4 @ 5:30 PM

MYSTERY BULLET (1) improved again winning his Maiden here up to this distance off solid efforts at Pinjarra. In a strong metro barn (D & B Pearce) and on a 23-day return can take the next step. BLACK SANDS (2) just missed behind the above and has since switched from the Pearce yard. Peaks now and is a chance. DARK MIST (4) comes back in grade and the form before her last would give her a hope. Finally has a decent gate. SKY VIEW (5) has needed the three runs this preparation and can improve into a minor slot.
SELECTIONS: Backing Mystery Bullet.
