The Racing and Sports Priceline for the 2020 Nad Al Sheba Trophy from the Meydan.

Attention turns to the stayers on the Dubai Gold Cup path at the Meydan tonight and as always Racing and Sports has free form, speed maps, ratings and videos available for the entire card which you can view by clicking here 

Last week the Racing and Sports Priceline was against the early betting - which you can read here - but this week it agrees on the race favourite Spanish Mission, and confidently so. 

Assessed Prices: Spanish Mission $2.30; Secret Advisor $5.50; Dubai Horizon $7.50; Dubai Future $10.00.  

Charlie Appleby has won the last two editions of the race, and saddles two here headed by Secret Advisor, but even with the Appleby-factor (currently striking at 32%) accounted for, his early price looks too short against a very solid favourite in Spanish Mission.  

Spanish Mission is trained by David Simcock who was a rare non-Godolphin winner of this race back in 2016 with Sheikhzayedroad and with Spanish Mission he saddles an even more likely type with upside that stands out against almost exclusively older horses.  

That upside combines with superior ratings - a lethal combo in anyones eyes but particularly in the eyes of the Racing and Sports Priceline.
