Ali Rashid Al Rayhi's Grandstand Stables is currently even at 16 with Salem bin Ghadayer's Fazza Racing Stable going into Thursday's Meydan card and a four-meeting weekend.

Those two are only one win ahead of 2017-18 champion Doug Watson and 2018-19 champion Ernst Oertel, each with 15, while defending title holder Satish Seemar and Abu Dhabi-based Abdallah Al Hammadi follow with 10 apiece. All six of the aforementioned have eclipsed the AED 1 million mark in stable earnings, while only Al Rayhi has broken AED 2 million.

Bin Ghadayer leads the top 10 with a 17% strike rate, while Watson's 40% top-three finish rate is best. Al Rayhi has struck at 12% and finished top three with 32% of his runners. Helal Alalawi (8 wins), Khalifa Al Neyadi (7), Eric Lemartinel (6) and Musabbeh Al Mheiri (6) flesh out the top-10 trainers.

Within the jockey ranks, Tadhg O'Shea (16 wins) is once again in his customary position as leader, with a five-victory margin back to a four-way tie for second between Fabrice Veron, Richard Mullen, Fernando Jara and Bernardo Pinheiro at 11. Royston Ffrench (10), Adrie de Vries (10), Pat Cosgrave (10) and Antonio Fresu (9) complete the top 10. De Vries is striking at a colony-leading 16%
