Jupiter Du Corta continued his promising record posting a second success from three starts looking impressive at Vincennes among mounted company.
Jockey Alexandre Abrivard settled the three-year-old gelding in front and set an average tempo throughout. Passing the 1200m marker the field bunched up with the six remaining runners in the main cluster traveling nicely.
The son of Charly du Noyer continued to narrowly lead from Just Bird. Turning for home, Jupiter du Corta opened with a comfortable advantage four lengths ahead of Just Bird who began to drift taking the final bend. The William Bigeon trained gelding continued to show his ability when stretching clear by seven lengths up towards the line for an easy success.
Charly du Noyer was a top-class performer with multiple Group One triumphs including the G1 Gran Premio Orsi Mangelli (2250m) at San Siro, Milan (Italy), the 2015 G1 Criterium des 3 Ans (2700m) at Vincennes alongside the G1 Criterium des 4 Ans (2850m) a year later.
Considering Jupiter du Corta's promising career profile of two wins and a placing from three runs he looks a name to keep in the notebook.
