Vincennes – 1st September 2021.

The Nicolas Bridault-trained three-year-old remained unbeaten in three starts to date when backing up an impressive seven-and-a-half length victory at Les Sables-d'Olonne with a smooth success at Vincennes on Wednesday...

Date Wednesday 1st September
Venue Vincennes
Race Prix D'Ecommoy
Type Three-year-old filles (mounted)
Winner Idole Du Choquel
Jockey/Driver Yoann Lebourgeois
Trainer Nicolas Bridault
Breeding Up And Quick x Caline du Choquel
Second I Can Dream
Third Idylle Copaise

Jockey Yoann Lebourgeois wasted no time in sending the son of Up And Quick to the front as the pair went to dictate matters at a reasonable tempo. Briefly challenged by eventual runner-up I Can Dream turning for home the unbeaten filly showed a willing attitude to draw away for another comfortable success.

It remains to be seen where her limitations lie but a rise in grade is surely on the horizon following this comfortable Class E success. The form looks solid with I Can Dream a last-time out winner in this grade and it would be surprising were she not able to take the grade rise in her stride.
