World Pool is an extension of the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s (HKJC) commingling business, where the HKJC accepts bets from overseas partners to expand its already large pools for local Hong Kong racing.
World Pool is for non-Hong Kong races that the HKJC simulcast and wager on locally from overseas.
WHO HOSTS THE WORLD POOL?
HKJC will be the host. However, not all bet-types will be available for World Pool. It will be dependent on the agreement between HKJC and wagering partners. The IP owner will continue to host any non-World Pool bet-types in their local jurisdiction.
