Race 1: Tathong Channel Handicap

#10 Voyage Bubble has moved well in his trials and does look well placed to make an impact on debut. Expect a big run first-up under Karis Teetan. #2 King Of The Court is a talent. He's had issues but looks ready to return now after a two-run first season – narrowly missing once when on debut in Hong Kong. Zac Purton hops up and he's the main danger. #8 Super Highway was unlucky first-up. He can make a run at this bunch with the right luck. #3 Brilliant Way debuts for John Size. Keep him very, very safe.

Race 2: Tai Tam Bay Handicap

#1 Star Of Yuen Long steps down to Class 4. He receives a welcome drop in grade and the inside gate should afford him all the favours here. He's the one to beat; chances are he rolls forward for the lead. #5 Sky Show has form on the dirt. He's got a bit of class on his day and shouldn't be discounted here. #4 Super Axiom is a speedster. Expect he rolls forward and tries to pinch this one. #3 Flying Dragon is after back-to-back wins. He's not without a chance of repeating that effort once more with Derek Leung sticking aboard.

Race 3: Siu Sai Wan Handicap

#12 Red Brick Fighter gets the conditions to suit here. He's a winner in this grade and as well – off this mark before. The draw suits and this shapes as an excellent chance for Luke Currie to kick off his career in Hong Kong with a win. #2 Super Mission is racing well. He deserves a win and from gate four he's an excellent chance to get it. #4 Fun N Glory is showing some prowess early on. Expect another sharp performance here. #1 Stormtrouper steps out for Dennis Yip and Zac Purton. Keep safe.

Race 4: Shau Kei Wan Handicap

#5 Brilliant China is closing in on a first win. He looks capable of bouncing out of the ground here and from gate five he should get every opportunity to do exactly that. #4 Zacian is racing well. Still, he's struggling to piece it all together although Zac Purton's booking once again warrants respect. #8 Sunny Baby turned in a career-best second last time out. Expect improvement once more although the wide gate does make life hard. #1 Fortune Master steps down in grade. He should sharpen up in Class 5 with Karis Teetan engaged.

Race 5: Sai Wan Ho Handicap

Although #10 Right As Rain looks like a work in progress, he is showing enough to suggest that he's capable of steamrolling a field very soon. Strong booking of Karis Teetan signals intent and he's worth taking a chance on. #4 Nimble Nimbus is after back-to-back wins. Gate 14 makes things tricky but he's in-form and seemingly still on the rise. #9 Leading Fortune is consistent. He's getting close to pinching another win and his reliability holds him in good stead here. #1 Solar Power should roll forward. He'll look the winner at some stage.

Race 6: Chai Wan Handicap

#10 Everyone's Victory is in a rich vein of form at present. He's won two out of his last three and gets another excellent chance to add another here. On his day, #4 Amazing Chocolate is an unreal talent on the dirt. He pairs with Zac Purton now and from gate five he should get his chance. Class 3 suits – especially as a winner in the grade above. #6 Harmony Spirit has claims. His consistency holds him in good stead. #11 Mega Heart is favoured with the light weight. He's next best.

Race 7: G3 Centenary Vase Handicap

#3 Reliable Team should roll forward and try to make all here. He can pinch this from the front – just like he did in the Group 2 Jockey Club Cup in November, 2021. He's fit and a return to form would not shock. #2 Panfield has the class edge here as a Group 1 winner last May and Group 2 winner the start after. He draws well and should be primed for this. #7 Butterfield is not without a chance. He's fit and favoured with 115lb assigned. #8 Excellent Proposal is next best. He's racing well.

Race 8: Loves Only You Handicap

#9 Infinite Power is capable of bouncing back here. Expect he surges forward and from there, tries to make all. He's capable and gate two should him see hit the front with little to no energy used. #1 Captain Win is rising sharply. He's a talent and he's taken to racing in Hong Kong with ease. Zac Purton hops up again and he's the main danger. #5 Super Dynamite is closing in on a first win. Expect improvement once more. #10 Perfect To Great has claims. Don't discount.

Race 9: Hong Kong Classic Mile

#8 Lucky With You is a talent on the rise. He steps up in trip which is the unknown, but he does look worthy of taking a chance on here – especially as he's finished no worse than second across five runs in Hong Kong – winning three times. #5 Fa Fa heads to Sha Tin after dominating Happy Valley. He has the form behind him having defeated several seasoned gallopers, although he just needs to handle Sha Tin – a vastly contrasting racecourse. #4 Packing Victory has looked imperious at times. He comes into this ready to peak with Zac Purton booked. #1 California Spangle is the wild card. He's been dominant over six furlongs but does step up sharply here to a mile. Keep safe.

Race 10: Aldrich Bay Handicap

#10 Congratulation returns first-up from a lengthy layoff. He's American-bred – so the dirt should suit him – and his latest trial was sound. He has class having been trained by Aidan O'Brien before import and with even luck he just might be able to spring an almighty surprise here. #7 Man Star is consistent in his spot – especially on the dirt. Expect another big run. #2 Kurpany rarely runs a bad race. He's in-form and racing very, very well. #4 Red Desert is a dirt specialist. The switch from turf to dirt here is a big help. Keep safe.
