Race 1: Yue Yee Handicap

#13 Wicker slots in light with next to no weight on his back. He doesn't win out of turn but gets his chance as he does possess some staying prowess. #6 You Have My Word will need luck from the wide draw but is capable over these sort of distances. #4 Nuremberg is finally coming to hand in Hong Kong and he showed that last start with his best performance to date. #11 Fortune Patrol is next best.

Race 2: Red Packet Handicap

#4 Sure Win Win has ability but does tend to mix his form inconsistently. Still, Christophe Soumillon takes the reins now and his best is up to this. #11 Manna From Heaven gets his chance after finishing a close-up second at his most recent outing. #10 Seize The Spirit is racing well and deserves respect. #6 Glorious Inheritor has Zac Purton engaged. Watch Closely.

Race 3: Lucky Star Handicap

#5 Super Ten can find the front and take plenty of catching. He draws well for apprentice Jerry Chau who takes a key seven pounds off his allotted weight. #2 New Future surprised at 74/1 last start. That win was far too impressive to ignore and he deserves respect. #9 Dandy Years is better than his record suggests. He bears close watching. #3 Takingufurther does his best racing at the city circuit. Still, he's tracking along nicely and gets his chance in this grade.

Race 4: Kut Cheong Handicap (2nd Section)

#10 Touch Faith was well supported on debut but just couldn't quite piece it all together. Suspect he'll have taken plenty of benefit with that run under his belt and he clearly has ability. #12 Red Hot Chili Pepper turned his form around to finish second last time out. He gets his chance to go one better. #2 Family Folks is looking for back-to-back wins. He's open to further improvement. #1 Everyone's Delight gets a handy seven-pound claim from apprentice Jerry Chau. He has the class edge but he is showing signs that he is nearing his mark.

Race 5: Kut Cheong Handicap (1st Section)

#4 Decisive Twelve has always shown considerable ability across his short career. He gets his chance now to breakthrough off the back of an impressive trial effort. #6 Dragon Fortune steps out for his Hong Kong debut. He caught the eye in a recent trial at Conghua and with even luck he's capable of making his presence felt on debut. #2 Prance Dragon turned his form around to grab second last start. He draws well and does own a slick personal best over this trip. #8 Super Mission is consistent and gets the services of the in-form Derek Leung.

Race 6: Prosperity Handicap

#7 Land Power is talented and if he can offset the awkward draw he is capable of making his presence felt. Jerry Chau takes seven pounds off which suits and his booking signals considerable intent. #10 Green Envy is looking to go one better after his slashing second last start. He draws well and rates strongly for championship leading trainer Caspar Fownes. #12 Copartner Era is looking for back-to-back wins. He can figure. #13 Shanghai Dragon is next best off a light weight.

Race 7: Great Profits Handicap

#1 Beauty Legacy can roll forward here under Blake Shinn and play catch me if you can. He steps down to Class 3 which is key to his chances and from the good gate he should get every possible opportunity. #6 Invincible Missile draws well and gets the services of Zac Purton. #7 Master Montaro was awkward away last start. He's better than that and if he manages to recapture his best then he is capable of testing this bunch. #3 Highly Proactive is next best.

Race 8: Chinese New Year Cup Handicap

#1 Fat Turtle's best trip is 1400m which he gets and from the good gate, with Alexis Badel up, he is capable of going on with it. #3 Fast Most Furious rates strongly as a two-time winner in this grade. #6 Star Shine is nothing short of consistent. He gets a favourable drop back in distance which enhances his claims. #7 Congratulation steps out on debut as the first of American Pharoah's progeny to do so in Hong Kong. He's trialled well in preparation.

Race 9: Fat Choi Handicap

#11 Sight Success is looking for his fourth unbeaten win. He can roll forward from the handy draw and play catch me if you can. This task will be tough, but he's on the up. #3 Sky Field is talented and has the class to really test this bunch. He just needs to recapture his form from three starts ago. #4 Super Wealthy returns from a brief stint at Conghua. He trialled well recently and bears close watching. #5 Wellington is next best as a three-time course and distance winner.

Race 10: Good Fortune Handicap

#3 Super Dobbin is very fast and did finish a close-up second to Master Montaro two starts ago. He's capable of finishing over the top of this bunch with a clean run. #2 Ima Single Man is better than his record suggests. He has a bit of class about him and it's no surprise to see Zac Purton get the ride now. #1 When You Believe is open to further improvement. He draws well and gets his chance. #5 Private Rocket is next best.

Race 11: Kung Hei Handicap

#11 Beauty Day owns a slick personal best over this course and distance. Chances are he rolls forward here and from there he could well prove tough to reel in. #6 Precise Express can bounce out of the ground at any time, especially under the hands of the red-hot Derek Leung. #2 Super Football won well last start and gets his chance again in Class 3. #12 Casimiro is next best off the back of a stylish last-start win.
