Hishi Iguazu continues good run

The win in the Nakayama Kinen was a 4th consecutive.

This was at Nakayama on Sunday.  Hishi Iguizau is out of an Argentinian mare La Liz and on Sunday toughed it out to win this G2 1800m race.  Cadence Call on 15.8 was a neck away in a tight finish and third place went to Win Excellent on 24.9.

The wins of horses out of Argentinian-bred mares continues with Resistencia winning the G3 Hankyu Hai at Hanshin in record time over the 1400m.  The Argentinian part comes from Malacostumbrada.
