Updates on Stewards' follow-ups to Friday and Sunday meetings

SINGAPORE SEPTEMBER MEETING - FRIDAY 06 SEPTEMBER 2019

RACE 1 [TF1116]

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 07 September 2019 revealed that GROS PITON (App A Syahir) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 3 [TF1118]

On Monday, 09 September 2019, Trainer D Meagher advised that SNIP (CS Chin) had pulled up well, and he will continue with its current preparation, endeavouring to ride the gelding closer next start.

RACE 4 [TF1119]

On Monday, 09 September 2019, Trainer L Khoo advised that KING WARRIOR (L Beuzelin) had pulled up well, and will endeavour to step the gelding up in distance to 1400m on the turf surface at its next start.

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 07 September 2019 revealed that PRINCE FERDINAND (App J See) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 5 [TF1120]

On Monday, 09 September 2019, Trainer M Walker advised that TIME TO ROCK (A Collett) had pulled up well, however may not have appreciated the Polytrack surface, and will look to place the mare back on the turf surface at its next start.

RACE 7 [TF1122]

A veterinary examination on Saturday, 07 September 2019 revealed that LONHRO GOLD (J Azzopardi) had returned lame off (right) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 8 [TF1123]

On Monday, 09 September 2019, Trainer M Clements advised that ALAMAK (K A'Isisuhairi) was not suited by the fast tempo on the Polytrack surface and was caught wide. He added the gelding races best when able to lead, and will look to place it back on the turf surface next start to endeavour to do this.

A veterinary examination on Monday, 09 September 2019 revealed that HIDDEN PROMISE (MM Firdaus) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

A veterinary examination on Monday, 09 September 2019 revealed that DAWNING GOLD (M Rodd) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 4 [TF1127]

A veterinary examination on Monday, 09 September 2019 revealed that SPOKESMAN (App M Nizar) had returned lame near (left) hind. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 5 [TF1128]

A veterinary examination on Monday, 09 September 2019 revealed that VIVIANO (App A Syahir) had returned lame off (right) fore, with radiographs confirming a basal sesamoid fracture. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 5 [TF1128]

On Monday, 09 September 2019, Trainer S Baertschiger advised that CHOCLATS (M Kellady) had pulled up well, however noted its last two poor performances have been at day races. He believes the gelding, which is dry coated, may race best at night, and will endeavour to find a night race for it at its next start.

A veterinary examination on Monday, 09 September 2019 revealed that MO ALMIGHTY (M Lerner) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.
