RACE 1

1st Pick: TESORO PIRATA (6) Encouraging run last time over the course and distance and can go one better now off a point higher mark.
2nd Pick: HIGH LIMIT (4) Five points higher than his last win but is in form and has a live chance in a race like this.
3rd Pick: STAR SHIELD (1) Back into Class 5 and can make the most of that drop in grade.
4th Pick: GAMELY (7) Has now dropped to 44 points and on the pick of his form, he is a very interesting contender.

RACE 2

1st Pick: REIGNITE (2) Has shown a fair degree of promise so far and could be the one to be with here.
2nd Pick: KING ARTHUR (1) Placed at all three starts to-date and hasn't run a bad race at all. Back in trip and that should suit with a good pace here.
3rd Pick: GOOD FIGHT (6) Has run two nice races on the Polytrack and now switches to the turf on the back of a good trial.
4th Pick: SAND BOX (12) One of three Ricardo Le Grange newcomers and on the balance of trial form, he might prove the pick.

RACE 3

1st Pick: TOM CAT (5) Impressive at his comeback race from a long break. If second-up syndrome doesn't kick in, he should be a strong factor again, especially from handy barrier.
2nd Pick: SACRED GIFT (1) Polytrack specialist who seems to run for apprentice jockey Jerlyn Seow Poh Hui. Two seconds in two rides. Low draw. Will be thereabouts again.
3rd Pick: THE MARKSMAN (3) Knocking on the door. Meets strong opposition. Blinkers off. In fine fettle and should be in the shake-up again.
4th Pick: BIONICS (4) Strong frontrunner who won with no weight on his back at his last start. Drawn off the track. If he can tuck in early, he will be a chance.

RACE 4

1st Pick: SUN SPEAR (2) Flew home for third last start. Going over same trip. If he reproduces his last-start run, he will be competitive again.
2nd Pick: IRONCLAD (1) Beaten by wide barrier at last couple of starts. Can do better. Drawn in the middle this time. Shadow roll, tongue-tie off, visors on. Worth backing again.
3rd Pick: ACCUMULATION (9) Drops back in trip. If the pace is on, don't be surprised to see him finish on top of them.
4th Pick: BLITZ POWER (7) In-and-out mare. Had every chance last start. Horror gate is a big query. Can still squeeze in for a place.

RACE 5

1st Pick: MELLAD (1) Placed at all four runs in the UK back in 2019 (not raced since) and has joined champion trainer Michael Clements now and has trialled very well. One to beat.
2nd Pick: LIM'S DENALI (12) Better at her second start when runner-up to Dr Kardo and can continue to progress, though the draw is not ideal.
3rd Pick: EIGHT BALL (9) A good second last start in a Class 5. Dropping back in distance is no problem and can go close.
4th Pick: ZESTFUL (8) Four-year-old debutant son of Highly Recommended. Has trialled well enough and looks interesting in a weak field.

RACE 6

1st Pick: GOLDEN TEAK (3) Two thirds at his last two starts showed he is more cut out for more ground. Will relish extra 200m. Drawn awkwardly, but he gets back and can still let down late.
2nd Pick: RESURGENCE (2) Ignore last start when he began awkwardly. Stable in form. Can atone.
3rd Pick: LEMON SQUASH (1) Just got nabbed on the line last time out. Won over course and distance once.
4th Pick: KING PIN (8) Another who has shown improvement as distance increases. Will drop back and charge home late. Can box for your trifecta for some value.

RACE 7

1st Pick: LIM'S LIGHTNING (1) Winner of the Group 1 Lion City Cup two starts ago. His second placing behind Minister in the Kranji Mile was enormous coming from a wide barrier.
2nd Pick: TOP KNIGHT (2) Champion Singapore galloper who is a multiple Group 1 winner. Has a great record over 1400m and if it rains, it lifts his chances even higher.
3rd Pick: KHARISMA (3) One of the best performed horses this season at Kranji. Won with authority at his last outing in the same grade. 1400m is his only test.
4th Pick: PASSPORT TO ROME (6) Honest galloper who can mix his form at times. Last start showed he is back to his best running a strong second to the impressive Mr Malek.

RACE 8

1st Pick: UNCLE LUCKY (5) Has been racing well and deserves to win another one to go with seven previous victories.
2nd Pick: PAPERBACK TROOPER (4) A last-start winner and if in the same form, he should make an impact on this field.
3rd Pick: BRIGHT SUN (2) Can blow hot and cold but if in good form with herself, she can run very well off this mark.
4th Pick: AMAZING MAN (7) Third behind Paperback Trooper last time out and has the bang in-form Oscar Chavez in the saddle.

RACE 9

1st Pick: WATCH OUT BOSS (1) Has trialled since his last-start second behind I Am Sacred who was too strong on that day. Remains in Class 4 and looks strong here.
2nd Pick: RED ROVER (2) Wasn't happy racing amongst other horses in the early stages of his previous start. Once he found room, he hit the line strongly.
3rd Pick: CHALAZA (6) Won his first race in nearly three years last start. Has been a handy horse over the years and only rises 2kgs on last of his last win.
4th Pick: DR KARDO (7) Improving horse here at Kranji. Ran a nice second on his debut and backed it up with a strong win at Open Maiden level. Big player in this.

RACE 10

1st Pick: STARHARMONY (1) Brilliant debut winner rising in trip to 1400m. Marble one. Further improvement expected. Hard to beat.
2nd Pick: TAKHI (2) Has been hitting around the mark without winning. Four-kilo claim is a big help. Blinkers replaced by visors. Commands respect.
3rd Pick: WIND OF DUBAI (7) Saddle slipped forward at last start. Needs more distance, but is not without place claims.
4th Pick: FLYING YELLOW (3) Lost no marks over 1200m last time out. Will be better suited by 1400m. Can sneak in for a place.

RACE 11

1st Pick: SUN FORTRESS (1) Proven galloper in Australia with winning form from Metropolitan Sydney tracks. Having his second start in Singapore and one to watch.
2nd Pick: SPIRIT OF BIG BANG (2) Very consistent galloper in the strong Michael Clements stable. Now a four-time winner and placed six from 10 starts. Never too far away from the action.
3rd Pick: SO HI CLASS (3) Beat King's Command in nice style at his last outing over 1600m. Yet to win beyond a mile in three attempts.
4th Pick: HARD TOO THINK (8) Drops back to 1800m after a dominant win over 2000m a few weeks ago. Looks to be on a Derby path and looks a big player.

RACE 12

1st Pick: MYSTERY POWER (1) Former UK galloper having his fourth start in Singapore. Won with good authority first-up and drop back to 1200m suits.
2nd Pick: JUST LANDED (2) Very consistent galloper from the Mark Walker stable. Two starts ago beat Boomba who recently won in good style and that form looks solid.
3rd Pick: HOTSHOTS SLAM (3) Proven performer on the Polytrack. With some luck in running can be a player in this class.
4th Pick: KING ZOUSTAR (10) Could be a performer at good odds in this event. He hasn't been beaten far at his last few runs. Aided by a light weight.
