RACE 1

1st Pick: LOVING BABE (4) Scored a slashing win at his last start. Going over same course and distance. No reason why he can't double the dose.
2nd Pick: EASYLIGHTS (2) Seems to have reached a certain level of consistency. Had to work overtime to take up a forward spot last time out. Hit the front too early and compounded. Should enjoy an easier run from handy barrier.
3rd Pick: HIGH VOLTAGE (11) Has not been finishing too far off of late. Drops in weight and wouldn't surprise if he chimes into this late.
4th Pick: COMING FAST (7) Doesn't win out of turn, but he's been thereabouts in recent starts. In his element in this. Can run a place.

RACE 2

1st Pick: GREAT EXPECTATION (13) The 1400m seemed a tad too sharp at his first two starts. Warmed up to the task when it was all over. Tries 1400m again. Big say.
2nd Pick: GOLDEN SPRINT (1) Has got the foot on the till. Flew from the clouds for second to Prodigal last time out. Go close.
3rd Pick: CON SPERANZA (2) Has shown he was not without ability in four runs. First 1400m test should not pose any problem. Include in calculations.
4th Pick: RED OCEAN (6) Made some headway at third start. Handier draw will help. Can be thrown into your exotics.

RACE 3

1st Pick: SPECIAL OPS (7) Always well thought of, this Jason Ong-trained runner looks well suited under these conditions from a good barrier and may well prove the one to be with here.
2nd Pick: MERYL (2) A useful mare who has now won three and was good in defeat when last seen out over the 2000m. The draw is not great but can go well.
3rd Pick: LUCK OF MASTER (4) Will need a lot to go right and plenty of pace will be a massive plus also. Racing off a good mark and the booking of Oscar Chavez is a bonus too.
4th Pick: SKY ROCKET (1) Hasn't raced in this grade for a while now and any rain beforehand will be a big help. Each-way player.

RACE 4

1st Pick: VULCAN (2) Has been honest in his career at Kranji. He is proven on both surfaces and it would not surprise to see him figure here.
2nd Pick: CHARGER (4) Won well in this grade and over the same distance last start. Has backed it up with a strong trial win. Big player here.
3rd Pick: MACEO (6) Speedy galloper who won strongly first-up. Likes to jump and set a good tempo. With a good barrier he can make all the running.
4th Pick: GOOD LUCK CHARM (10) Has been running very consistently in previous runs and hasn't been beaten far. Last start ran a credible second to Charger who runs in this also.

RACE 5

1st Pick: DIAMOND MINE (3) Bounced back to form with a close second to Don De La Vega last time out, but that was on turf. Goes okay on Polytrack as well. Blinkers changed to blinker-pacifiers. Hard to tell which way he'll go but if on song, he can be a factor in this.
2nd Pick: HOSAYLIAO (8) Two seconds at last two runs reads as a high pass mark for a Class 5 galloper. Can go one better even if only win from 41 starts was on turf.
3rd Pick: SAYONARA (7) Not a model of consistency but neither are most of these he is pitted against. Unwinds too late but still warrants consideration for a place on board.
4th Pick: HIDDEN PROMISE (6) Getting on in years but does pop up once in a while. Scored twice over course and distance, but that was three and four seasons back. Place claims if in the mood.

RACE 6

1st Pick: HEAVENLY DANCER (2) Proven performer with a great record from eight career starts. If he finds his form from earlier in the year he can figure.
2nd Pick: GLASGOW (5) Bounced back to form last start with a promising third behind the impressive three- year-old Boomba and was not beaten too far.
3rd Pick: BRUCE ALNAUGHTY (10) His record has been good in his few outings. Since winning his maiden, he has really held his form, and conditions suit here.
4th Pick: FIREWORKS (14) Stable is having a good run at the moment and although his last win came in Class 5 level, he ran very well behind The Wild Bunch beaten two lengths.

RACE 7

1st Pick: STENMARK (3) Although yet to get that maiden win in Singapore form reads good for this. Ran a solid second a few starts back behind the classy three-year-old Lim's Kosciuszko.
2nd Pick: ELLIOT NESS (4) Failed to fire at his last start and the jockey reported he failed to sprint on the turf. At previous start he broke a course record, so you know he can gallop.
3rd Pick: PRODIGAL (5) Gained a start as an emergency and won his maiden in very nice style. Really extended on the line between horses and looks a professional moving forward.
4th Pick: KING ALBERT PARK (7) Won his maiden on the Polytrack after drawing wide and having to make the speed. Very tough win doing it at both ends and looks well placed here.

RACE 8

1st Pick: LIM'S SAMURAI (1) He is a former Group 1 placegetter a few years ago. Now looks to be in the right grade to win again. His last start was full of merit and drops in class.
2nd Pick: MR HOOPER (3) Honest galloper who can mix his form at times. Last start ran a credible third and if from barrier three, he should figure here.
3rd Pick: LORD OF WIND (8) Got a nice win in Class 5 grade last start. Jumps back to Class 4 today but did win his maiden at this distance.
4th Pick: FLAK JACKET (5) Has been an honest galloper over the years and can run a cheeky race here. Barrier two brings him into play.

RACE 9

1st Pick: CELAVI (7) A very speedy mare who was as good as ever last time out when scoring over this course and distance. She is drawn perfectly here and can give them all something to aim at. Leading chance.
2nd Pick: HEARTENING FLYER (10) Talented type who is now up in grade and gets the ultra-light weight here. His Polytrack record reads - 12 from only a couple of starts and he should be bang in there with only 50kgs on his back.
3rd Pick: NOWYOUSEE (3) A consistent horse who has won a Group 3 on this surface and should once again be there at the business end.
4th Pick: WEBSTER (5) A good winner last time out with only 49kgs. Has 4.5kgs more to shoulder but has the class to be right in the thick of things late.

RACE 10

1st Pick: EVEREST (11) In what is a classy renewal of this race with plenty of good form on show, it can pay to side with this US-bred 3yo. A good winner on debut, he has since run a super race when runner-up to Strong N Smart and has trialled extremely well following that effort. He is receiving weight from all here and that can count for plenty.
2nd Pick: PROSPEROUS RETURN (2) A three-year-old going the right way currently and looks a leading hope of the Michael Clements Five. Champion jockey Vlad Duric is booked and his trial was good recently. He has to improve again, but that looks more than likely.
3rd Pick: STARLIGHT (7) This son of Headwater has been the subject of some positive reports in the build-up to this race and has shown a very solid level of form so far. He will wear blinkers for the first time and looks the type with loads more to offer.
4th Pick: BOOMBA (5) The only Group winner in the field having taken out the Singapore Golden Horseshoe last backend when with Cliff Brown. He comes into this on the back of a good win over 1400m and that brings him into the reckoning here. One for the multiples.

RACE 11

1st Pick: LEGEND OF THE SUN (2) Onto a three-timer here and is now up 14 points. This is tougher but is in great form and the one to be with here in the last.
2nd Pick: SONGGONG HERA (8) Ran a nice race last time out on the all-weather and can transfer that form to the turf, he is a good chance in this.
3rd Pick: FEDERATION (11) This return to 1200m is key to this Mark Walker-trained galloper. He has no weight. One to keep on the right side of.
4th Pick: QUADCOPTER (3) Better suited to 1400m but looks interestingly placed in this race.
