RACE 1

GENTLEMEN AGREEMENT (9) – Is the best horse here. He will need luck after drawing a poor barrier (16). Can still finish over the top of them if luck goes his way, much better suited here over 1400m which looks his best distance.
HERO STAR (2) – Drops back to Class 5 here which looks suitable. Was dragged back near the tail last time from a wide barrier. Can race closer to the speed here and be effective.
PLATO (6) – Hit the line strongly last start and will be in the finish off a repeat performance.
ZMAN (5) – Has been a frustrating animal but surely he can do something here up to 1400m in Class 5 following a solid recent workout at the trials.

RACE 2

SEA DRAGON (6) – On debut. Was due to run a couple of weeks ago before being scratched at the start. Has since been back to the trials and looked impressive. Expect bold showing.
FIGHT TO VICTORY (1) – Yet to break through but has been knocking on the door. Maps to take up a handy spot and is capable of giving a sight in front with the claim from Yusoff Fadzli.
BUSHIDO (10) – Hasn’t been far from the mark in two career outings. Has since been freshened and has won a recent trial. Keep safe.
TIN’S MACHINE (13) – On debut. Showed good speed in a recent trial to suggest that he will take up a forward spot from the good draw and is worth including with the lightweight.

RACE 3

JUSTICE LIGHT (8) – Scratched at the gates last start due to lameness. Will roll forward in a race with a lack of speed and will give his rivals something to catch. Can surprise at value.
OTTAWA (2) – Awkwardly drawn but will drift back due to racing manners anyway. Needs a genuine tempo to finish over the top but keep safe if he gets the race run to suit.
RED ROVER (10) – On debut in Singapore. Lightly-raced and brings respectable credentials to this affair. Monitor parade and market.
LIM’S MIGHTY (7) – Drops back in trip which appears a major negative but has the ability to win a race of this nature. Worth thought on best efforts.

RACE 4

ADIPSON (4) – Scratched at the barriers two weeks ago. Has been back to the trials where he finished third putting in a pleasing performance. Stays at 1200m, but draws well. Hard to beat.
TRAFALGAR (9) – Did everything wrong on debut. Missed the start, weaved between horses and did a good job to finish third behind Golden Dash. Has ability, danger.
GAMELY (2) – Is getting a bit stale but a chance again. Yet to win after 15 starts but has finished in the placings nine times.
KUDA BAGUS (1) – Is back onto the turf here and can improve.

RACE 5

MATSURIBAYASHI (6) – Will be value here and can run well. Hit the line nicely last time and now gets the stable’s main rider Marc Lerner on board. Will go back from a wide gate and will be running on.
ATHLETICA (1) – Has drawn gate 1 here but not sure that suits. He doesn’t like racing inside horses much and will need a good ride from apprentice Zyrul Nor Azman. Last run when three wide no cover was great, can win on repeat.
MR DAVID (5) – One-paced leader that will give a sight.
GOLD CITY (2) – Six weeks between runs here but that should be okay for her. Every chance last time but did pull in a slowly run race. More tempo here will suit her, in the mix.

RACE 6

REDOUBT (5) – Has been knocking on the door in recent efforts. Will relish stepping up in trip off the back of last start’s effort and finds conditions to suit. Respect.
OBSTACLES FREE (10) – Hasn’t been far from the mark in recent runs. Drawn to get an economical run and is capable of contesting the business end. Major player.
RUNMINDERBINDERRUN (8) – Performed below market expectations last start when trying Class 5 for the first time. Capable of making amends in this affair with the right breaks.
FEROCIOUS (12) – Has shown improvement in his two most recent outings. Finds conditions to suit yet again so is worth including in the mix.

RACE 7

SPECIAL KING (7) – Consistent performer who is well credentialled for this affair. Drawn to get a perfect run and can take out a race of this nature. Commands respect.
SUPER FORTUNE (1) – Brings a serious record over the track/distance to this affair. Well drawn to get an economical run, so expect bold showing on best credentials. Major player.
SO YOU TOO (10) – His run on debut was better than it looked. Will take benefit from that outing and will appreciate stepping onto the grass. Keep safe.
SACRED SHAM (6) – Earned a well-deserved victory last start. Finds conditions to suit switching to the turf surface and will take up a handy spot. In the mix.

RACE 8

IT’S GOT IT ALL (2) – Likely leader dropping back in grade. Looks like finding the front easily enough here and will be very hard to catch.
MAN OF MYSTERY (6) – Drawn to get a perfect run behind the speed. Not the strongest but with Vlad Duric on, he warrants respect.
LIM’S KNIGHT (4) – Drawn poorly but his last win was good and will at least find the line whereas some of these are a bit weak over the final 100m.
SUPER POSH (7) – Will put himself in the race early and be around d the mark again. Consistent horse.

RACE 9

SACRED CROIX (10) – Proper horse suited up to the mile. Trainer Mark Walker has added a hanging bit and the visor in an effort to straighten him up. He did hang in last start when off a short let-up in the Silver Bowl. His effort was fantastic finishing second and he will improve from that run. Is hard to beat here.
CIRCUIT MISSION (8) – Was a bit one-paced last time when 1800 back to 1400m. Better suited in this race and gets a perfect run with Glen Boss flying in to ride him. Boss is 2 rides 2 wins on the horse.
HELIOSPHERE (13) – Caught the eye in the Silver Bowl running on strongly in fourth place. He’s been ridden quiet both runs this prep and reacted well. Expect similar tactics here after drawing wide in 18.
NIMBLE (4) – Is untried in Singapore over a mile. Was 4th of 9 at Ascot in his only attempt at the journey when racing in Western Australia. Comes out of the Group 1 Lion City Cup, form that is worth respecting.

RACE 10

GOLDEN FLAME (1) – Hard to knock on recent efforts. Has been a model of consistency in recent outings and finds conditions to suit yet again. Expect bold showing.
KENG MAK MAK (3) – Experienced campaigner who has been struggling to win in recent outings but will find this assignment significantly easier. Capable of contesting the business end on best efforts.
SILENT PRINCE (11) – Has been struggling to produce best in recent outings but is worth considering if he returns to the form of last preparation. Not the worst.
FILIBUSTER (2) – Must be some sort of risk at 1400m but respect must be given to this stable for making the decision. Worth keeping safe for the minor end.
