RACE 1

HIGH LIMIT (8) – Up two points for a good run in defeat last time and is still seven points lower than his latest success over the course and distance. He looks the most likely winner in a very weak race.
ARCHIE (6) – Ran a screamer in a better race when last seen and remains off the same mark but the question mark may well be the trip. It is a poor race and should be good enough to get away with it. Will be right there at the business end.
EVERYBODY HAPPY (2) – An extremely poor performance last time can be put behind him here with a return to the turf surface.
WILD BEE (5) – Has claims on the pick of his best form and can make the frame.

RACE 2

WHERE SHE'S HAPPY (11) – A short-price failure last time on debut, this Cliff Brown- trained filly can fare much better under these conditions now on the Polytrack and coming back to the minimum trip should work in her favour. Hopefully she can make her followers happy when she is in front.
CELAVI (10) – Pushed out to win a trial under Louis-Philippe Beuzelin and this daughter of Fighting Sun doubled her price tag as a two-year-old (100K) from her yearling price of 50K. She is out of a 900m winner and is a half-sister to three winners.
DELAWARE (1) – Looks more of a staying type on pedigree but has done little wrong in four trials and represents top connections. One to watch.
JIUYI (2) – Of the little race form to go on, Jiuyi's run last time on the turf was a much- improved effort from his debut and for that reason can be considered here.

RACE 3

FIRST CHOICE (5) – Has the speed to lead this field and given the fact it is quite an open heat; it can prove worthwhile to take a chance with this five-year-old.
STAR BULLET (6) – A 1200m winner in New Zealand last June, his form tapered off in five runs afterwards but he has won a trial here and wouldn't have to be a superstar to figure in this.
SOLDADO (1) – A consistent type, who always runs his race and can do just that once again here with John Powell back in the saddle.
KRATOS (4) – Has dropped to a very attractive mark now and it is only a matter of time before he is able to pop up at some value. One to keep an eye on.

RACE 4

GOLD KINGDOM (2) – Runner-up in all three Polytrack starts to date and this looks like a perfect opportunity to finally get off the mark.
PRINCE PEGASUS (1) – Has been running on well over shorter trips and now Mark Walker is upping him in distance to the 1600m and will have the bonus of Riduan Abu Bakar's 3kg claim. Every chance.
SHANGANI (9) – Still a maiden after 19 starts but has performed with plenty of credit in his last few starts, and another decent showing should be on the cards.
VESONTIO (4) – Doesn't win all that often but was good last time when landed in a slightly weaker contest when defeating Gingerman. This demands more and is a place chance at best.

RACE 5

LIM'S ZOOM (2) – Absolutely bolted up last time out off an eight-point lower mark. That was a first run back after a lengthy break, so he would have to back that up second time around, but he is a smart five-year-old who hasn't been overraced and can prove a tough nut to crack here. Nice type who should be followed.
ARARAT LADY (3) – This Cliff Brown-trained mare can be forgiven her slightly below- par run when last seen in Class 3 company. She will appreciate getting back in grade here and is good enough to show an improved effort now.
ANGEL'S CHOICE (8) – A nice run over the course and distance last time out behind the smart three-year-old Field Marshal and a repeat of that run will see him to good effect here. One to include.
LINCOLN MOONLIGHT (4) – Has shown good improvement for the addition of blinkers in his last two outings and there are very few reasons to think he won't appreciate the extra 100m here.

RACE 6

BROADWAY SUCCESS (1) – Maps nicely on speed here with the claim. Should be just behind the leaders and will look the winner at some stage.
SOLITARE (3) – Found winning form last start when off a freshen-up and could do it again here. Does meet a stronger field but Benny Woodworth stays with him. Respect.
FEROCIOUS (4) – Has issues but was good from the back of the field last start against the bias. Has claims.
ZAHIR (7) – Well ridden last time when fourth. Just wasn't fit enough first-up at 1400m. Expect good effort.

RACE 7

BEBOP (7) – Makes his debut at this level having won off a four-point higher mark in an old Class 4 Non-Premier and has been placed off marks as high as 56 after that sole success. He looks very well placed in a race like this and represents the combination responsible for landing the Raffles Cup recently. Leading contender.
HERO IN THE WIND (9) – This five-year-old can play his part in a Hideyuki Takaoka forecast here. In good form recently, his runs in defeat have suggested that another victory isn't too far away and can give the stablemate most to think about.
OFFICIAL (12) – In good form and champion jockey Vlad Duric is on board for his only booking of the night. With that combination, he should be included here.
ELITE SAINT (1) – A 1600m winner at Belmont Park on turf in the US and is now stepping up to that distance after running an excellent race over 1200m last time.

RACE 8

SUPERSONICSURPRISE (10) – Had an issue with a slipping saddle last time and prior to that had been racing very well. He is a fully matured eight-year-old and with a light weight, it is worth taking a chance with him here.
JUSTICE LIGHT (2) – Up one point for another good run last time out and is looking ready to win another race very soon. The wide barrier is a concern but if he overcomes that, he is a serious player in this heat.
MACH (11) – Only a point higher than his good course and distance run two back and judged on that he makes the numbers.
LINCOLN COUNTY (6) – A 1350m winner at Wyong from only two career starts. The sole trial here was slightly inconclusive and he is worth watching here on debut. The market will be the best guide.

RACE 9

ALTAIR (1) – Won well on debut. Has the upside to improve further and finds conditions to suit yet again. Expect bold showing.
DESPACITO (2) – Closed off well last start. Maps back in the field but is capable of storming over the top of his rivals with the race run to suit.
NORTHERN SUN (6) – Has been racing well and is well suited in this affair with the soft draw. Worth thought on best efforts.
GALAXY STAR (5) – On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials to this affair, so keep safe. Monitor market.
