Singapore racing best bets, race analysis looking at the full Singapore card Sunday, 13th October 2019 with selections & information on all the contenders.

RACE 1

ATLANTIC FOX (1) - Improved effort last start when onto the Polytrack and draws a soft gate here. On a repeat of that performance should be going close.
TIGER FORCE (2) - Huge personal best run last time winning by 4.5 lengths easing down. Got the race run to suit but did break the track record in the process there. Will win again on repeat. Can he be trusted, though?
PAKATAN WARRIOR (6) - Suited here with Marc Lerner back on and rising in distance. Improver.
ACE HARBOUR (8) - Vlad Duric looks an interesting booking. His only win was on this surface over this distance. Should be respected.

RACE 2

HEALTHY STAR (7) - Has trialled up very well for the debut run here. Scored by 12 lengths in 60.09 on October 1 and from a good barrier will take a stack of beating. Expect this runner to be a short-priced favourite.
ALL WE KNOW (4) - Looks the pick of horses that have already raced. Didn't mind his run last time against the slow tempo. Fitter now, will run well.
QIJI STAR (9) - Did a good job last time from a wide barrier. Now draws 1 which looks a major positive. Did hang on debut (two starts ago) but seemed to race better last time.
RESOLUTION (10) - Been back to the trials since running fifth to Tom Cat on September 13. Fitter here, expect forward showing.

RACE 3

QIJI ACHEEVA (4) - Blinkers went on last start and he was too strong leading throughout. Goes up to Class 4 here but looks more than capable of 'taking the next step'. Should lead, control the race and be very hard to run down.
UNIVERSAL EMPIRE (3) - Racing well. Gets Benny Woodworth on here and draws barrier 1, will be in the finish.
REDDOT RISING (1) - May find this a bit short dropping back in distance but in a weak sort of affair, don't be surprised to see him come past a few in the straight.
OTTAWA (2) - Been out of form but Vlad Duric goes on here and if he happens to find his best, this horse will certainly run well in this event.

RACE 4

SPIRIT OF BIG BANG (1) - May have been a touch flat second-up last start. Finds an ideal journey third-up and is now ready to win. Expect a bold showing.
ATTENTION (3) - Has performed below par in recent runs but finds conditions to suit in this affair. Capable of contesting the business end.
MAJESTIC (5) - Hard to knock on recent efforts. Must find another gear to be a winning factor but don't ignore for the minor end.
CAUSE TO FLY (2) - Looks well suited at the mile and gets the services of Vlad Duric. Don't dismiss.

RACE 5

UPGRADED (7) - On debut in Class 5 and if ridden positively with the 4kg claim, can test these. Is one horse that should be strong at the finish coming back in distance from 1400m. Top pick.
MR ALFONSO (1) - Query at 1200m but with the claim back into Class 5 he has a definite winning chance.
THE ICEMAN (2) - Threw the race away last time by hanging in. Has a few quirks but is good enough to win this race.
CIZEN BOSS (5) - Awkwardly drawn but if the speed is on upfront, this galloper will be running home well. Consider.

RACE 6

HOLY GRAIL (5) - Has been struggling to win but is trending towards a suitable rating. Well drawn to perform and is capable of causing an upset.
SHANGANI (1) - Broke maiden status last start. Finds conditions to suit yet again so must be considered as a major player with even luck.
GINGERMAN (3) - Hard to knock on recent efforts. Must be included in the mix with a repeat dose of latest runs.
KING OF GLORY (10) - Still a maiden after 25 career outings but isn't the worst in this field with the lightweight.

RACE 7

SIERRA CONQUEROR (2) - Has bounced back to form in his most recent outings. Well drawn to be hard on the speed and is capable of giving a sight with the two-kilogramme claim. Top pick.
RED ROVER (1) - Recorded his first victory in Singapore last start. Finds conditions to suit yet again and is capable of fighting out the finish. Major player.
ALWAYS INNOCENT (8) - Looking for three on the trot. This assignment is tougher but must be considered with a repeat dose of recent efforts.
SNIP (3) - Hasn't been far from the mark in recent outings. Isn't ideally drawn but is worth including with the right breaks.

RACE 8

SUN ACE (6) - Not the most genuine horse but gets a nice run here from the good barrier. Good chance with the light weight.
CARIBBEAN LADY (1) - Drawn poorly but has the best recent form in this race. Narrowly beaten by Wolf Warrior last start, with any luck should be in the finish.
GOLDEN FLAME (2) - Query running a strong 1600m but is an honest type of horse and with the leading rider on, should be respected.
SACRED SEA (3) - Good effort behind Braced last start. Proven Polytrack performer at this level.

RACE 9

I'M A CONQUEROR (6) - Broke maiden status back in February. Has since been on the sidelines but has had three trials leading into this affair. Monitor parade/market.
VULCAN (10) - Hard to catch but is talented on his day. Well drawn to take up a forward position and is capable of fighting out the finish. Serious player.
COMING THROUGH (8) - Was impressive on debut before performing below market expectation last start. Capable of bouncing back in a suitable race, so keep safe.
TIME TO ROCK (4) - Better suited over shorter on the Polytrack but a win is near, so don't ignore. In the mix on best efforts.
