Singapore racing best bets, race analysis looking at the full Singapore card Friday, 10th January 2020 with selections & information on all the contenders.

RACE 1

1st Pick : HEART OF COURAGE (2) - A good run on New Year's Day gives him every chance here off the same mark.
2nd Pick: DECRETO (8) - A four-time course and distance winner and is now on a very handy mark of 39, dangerously well handicapped and is extremely interesting here.
3rd Pick: MAKE U FAMOUS (7) - In good form having finished 2nd on New Year's Day, now up 1 point and should be included again.
4th Pick: LIM'S FORCE (3) - One to make the frame and include in the quartet.

RACE 2

1st Pick : NO REGRETS (5) - Smart horse on best form and shaped well last time out when 3rd, can improve on that effort and looks a likely winner in a race like this.
2nd Pick: WATCH OUT BOSS (1) - In great form with two recent victories over slightly shorter, he will stay the extra trip and must be respected here.
3rd Pick: GALAXY STAR (6) - Won a trial recently beating some good types in the process, he can offer more now without the blinkers and Simon Kok booked.
4th Pick: INHERIT (2) - Best of the rest and should be added to any multiple bet here in the second.

RACE 3

1st Pick : KARISTO (2) - Has become a little frustrating during short career here at Kranji, but has some useful form and the recent trial and booking of the champion apprentice are massive plus points. Take a chance with him in this.
2nd Pick: GOLAZO (7) - In excellent form and is now up 14 points for a couple of good solid wins over further and if getting his own way in front, he will prove hard to peg back.
3rd Pick: FORESTO (6) - Still a little high in the weights but has worked well and can offer some value.
4th Pick: LORD OF CLOUD (8) - A must for the exotics on the back of a course and distance win when last seen.

RACE 4

1st Pick : LUCK MAK MAK (1) - Best hope in a very weak race and small stakes are advised.
2nd Pick: THOTH WARRIOR (3) - Has better form than most in the field and makes it into the numbers based on that.
3rd Pick: MY MIRACLE (7) - The booking of Marc Lerner is a positive and that might well count for plenty in this heat.
4th Pick: SPUR ME ON (2) - The trip is all wrong, but is in better form currently than most of this lot.

RACE 5

1st Pick : HARDCORE (8) - Very much upwardly mobile and has been racing extremely well in his last couple (won with something in hand last time) and looks more than capable of taking the step-up in class.
2nd Pick: TIME LORD (3) - A player for sure judged on his course and distance win last June off a 3 point higher mark. The booking of the excellent Marc Lerner is an interesting one and he can give a good account here.
3rd Pick: DINGHU MOUNTAIN (6) - Racing off a nice mark and would be no surprise to see him go close.
4th Pick: WECANDO (1) - Has very good course and distance form and the champion jockey remains on board. Only 2 points higher than his latest success.

RACE 6

1st Pick : GINGERELLA (4) - Classy mare who was 5th in the Group 1 Lion City Cup last May, not seen since but has bolted up in a recent trial and if in the same form here, she will prove very hard to stop once the gates fly.
2nd Pick: MURAAHIB (6) - A nice horse with some good form under his equine belt, runner-up to the selection in that trial and he is very interesting back to the 1000m. Strong chance.
3rd Pick: RED ROVER (8) - Fast improving sort who has done little wrong so far since arriving here in Singapore, already a winner in this grade , although this is slightly more demanding but he is a leading player nevertheless.
4th Pick: FULIFE KING (9) - Would not be out of this with the light weight. One to watch.

RACE 7

1st Pick : SIAM WARRIOR (4) - Chance looks a solid one in this race on the back on a good 3rd behind Catch The Tiger last time out and Vlad Duric is booked. Leading hope.
2nd Pick: SACRED JUDGEMENT (3) - Won 2 of 4 starts in New Zealand and wasn't beaten far in group company also. Trials have been pleasing enough and is very interesting on local debut here.
3rd Pick: PERFECT (7) - A last-start winner (C/D) and there is every reason he can continue to progress with racing.
4th Pick: BRIGHT ALMIGHTY (1) - The last winner of 2019, should get the extra furlong and is a must for the multiples here on the back of that success.

RACE 8

1st Pick : SPIRIT OF BIG BANG (3) - Continues to improve with racing here at Kranji since arriving from Ireland and won in the manner of a horse with more to offer last time, he is well drawn and has the assistance of the leading rider. The stronger the tempo, the better it will suit him. Top pick.
2nd Pick: IMPLEMENT (2) - Stablemate of the selection and was also a good winner last time out over the 1400m, the trip here shouldn't worry him and he can give Spirit Of Big Bang most to think about.
3rd Pick: RESTRAINED (1) - Beat Spirit Of Big Bang in a recent trial and is an interesting runner at this trip for a stable already amongst the winners this year.
4th Pick: THE NUTTER (14) - Has next to no weight and will be seeing it out stronger than some in this field. Each-way play in the race.
