RACE 1

1st Pick : STARDICE (2) - Only a maiden win to his name, but has been placed in better races and on the pick of his form, he can prove too good in this grade on the back of a solid trial effort.
2nd Pick: BLACK QUAIL (3) - The drop back in trip may well prove the right move with this fellow and this isn't an overly strong race. Every chance.
3rd Pick: HOST THE NATION (5) - This 10yo was good last time out when successful and is now off a five-point higher mark for that win. He knows the Singapore racing game inside out and will give his running once again.
4th Pick: ATLANTIC FOX (1) - Best of the rest and is included for the quartet here.

RACE 2

1st Pick : PATTAYA (2) - Fitter for first-up run when closing off well when ridden quiet. Drawn to hold handy spot from barrier 1 and with a run at the right time in the straight, should go close.
2nd Pick: HEALTHY STAR (6) - Handy maiden that has been unlucky not to win a race already. Equilox on (sometimes indicates feet issues) is some concern, but has the talent to win.
3rd Pick: BRUTUS (1) - Speedy type that is a bit weak late but can give a great sight here. Include.
4th Pick: MEGA GOLD (7) - Recent trial okay and monitor any market support.

RACE 3

1st Pick : SILVER JOY (3) - Has trialled well recently and the combination of an in-form stable and this being a very winnable race, makes him one to be with here.
2nd Pick: RETALLICA (2) - Trial wasn't too bad and does have bits and pieces of form in the book.
3rd Pick: SAYONARA (1) - Given some sort of chance in a race of this nature and might be open to a little more improvement in this grade.
4th Pick: SUN ELIZABETH (4) - Largely consistent at this level and should be included for lesser end of the quartet.

RACE 4

1st Pick : IRONCLAD (1) - Has run two very good races in defeat here at Kranji so far in a couple of starts and easily looks the one they all have to beat. Third time lucky?
2nd Pick: HAPPY LUCKY STAR (3) - Has shown enough to give this Copperbelt-trained 4yo a solid chance of making the frame.
3rd Pick: INVISIBLE (5) - His course and distance run last October in a Class 5 gives him a chance for minor money here.
4th Pick: FAST AND FEARLESS (7) - Has shown a little form over shorter trips and is worth including for the multiples.

RACE 5

1st Pick : MIDDLE KINGDOM (8) - Has been struggling to win but is hard to ignore on recent efforts. Well suited over the track/distance and will take beating with the right breaks.
2nd Pick: LUCK OF MASTER (1) - Bounced back to winning form last start in dominant fashion. Will have no problem with the switch in surface so must be respected. Major player.
3rd Pick: IMPLEMENT (3) - Hard to knock on recent efforts. Well drawn to get the right run and is capable of contending on best efforts. In the mix.
4th Pick: TOUCH THE CLOUDS (2) - The big improver of the race. Jockey booking certainly a key one and finds conditions to suit.

RACE 6

1st Pick : EXCELLING (7) - This Lee Freedman-trained 5yo was mightily impressive last time when waltzing up in a good Class 3 over the smart My Dreamliner. This demands more from him in this company, but the stable are in good form and he looks like the type to step up nicely.
2nd Pick: RIVER RADIANCE (6) - Ultra progressive 4yo who was far from disgraced on his group race debut last time out in the New Year Cup when fourth. He has form around some very good horses and can go well in this.
3rd Pick: LIM'S DREAM (4) - The form of this fellow has a solid look to it and is drawn beautifully to lead from the inside. Strong chance and is a player.
4th Pick: NOWYOUSEE (2) - Impressive winner of the New Year Cup when last seen under just 50kgs. There will be an extra 7.5kgs to shoulder here and although he certainly has a chance, it won't be as easy against this opposition.

RACE 7

1st Pick : RED RIDING WOOD (4) - Back to this sort of trip makes Red Riding Wood very interesting indeed and with a useful apprentice on board, it can prove fruitful to side with him here.
2nd Pick: GOLD KINGDOM (1) - The chance of the top weight is obvious and the booking of Simon Kok just enhances that with 2kgs coming off. A leading contender.
3rd Pick: PAKATAN WARRIOR (2) - Able to mix it over different distances and is up five points for a 1200m victory last time out. It will be no shock to see him run well again.
4th Pick: MILITARY CHAIRMAN (3) - The course and distance second to Tiger Force in October last year means he must be included.

RACE 8

1st Pick : TOOSBIES (1) - The return to Class 4 racing can provide the key to another success for the diminutive Toosbies here for Ricardo Le Grange and Vlad Duric. Leading chance.
2nd Pick: MY BIG BOSS (5) - Got his head back in front last time out. Might just be what the doctor ordered and can go on with the job once again.
3rd Pick: WATCH OUT BOSS (2) - Current form is solid and would be hard to leave out of calculations for this one.
4th Pick: ROYAL PAVILION (4) - Another in good heart at present and although five points higher, he can run well once again here.
