Singapore racing best bets, race analysis looking at the full Singapore card Friday, 20th March 2020 with selections & information on all the contenders.

RACE 1

1st Pick : LIM'S SHOT (1) - Good effort last time in Class 4 and this looks easier. Will go close if able to carry the 58kgs after claim for Noh Senari.
2nd Pick: OPTIMUM STAR (2) - Ready to win and latest victory came on the Polytrack. Will prove hard to hold out.
3rd Pick: HOUSEHOLD DYNASTY (4) - Been freshened up. Makes own luck on pace here and although will improve with the run, can't be left out.
4th Pick: HIGH STREET (3) - Fitter for sound effort first-up when fourth to Overcoming. Consider.

RACE 2

1st Pick : LIM'S SPIN (8) - Didn't have a lot of luck on debut. Will take benefit from that experience and will take beating with a repeat dose. Commands respect.
2nd Pick: YITAI LOYALTY (1) - Wasn't disgraced on debut. Finds conditions to suit yet again and is capable of fighting out the finish with the right breaks. Major player.
3rd Pick: LADY FAST (11) - Performed well on debut in a strong formline. Needs the right breaks but is worth thought with even luck.
4th Pick: RAGING BRAVE (13) - On debut. Has trialled satisfactorily for this affair, so keep safe. Monitor market and parade.

RACE 3

1st Pick : GALAXY STAR (4) - Drew poorly last start and got too far back. Soft track conditions also weren't ideal. This looks a very suitable race, top pick.
2nd Pick: KIMITONARA (2) - Tough win (dead heat) in Novice grade last start. Proven 1400m now and can make own luck here.
3rd Pick: BEAR WITNESS (12) - Ran very well when back into Class 4 last start with the light weight. Expect bold showing on repeat effort.
4th Pick: THUNDER DRAGON (6) - Resumes following bleed 7/2/20. Can be competitive here on his better form.

RACE 4

1st Pick : HWASONG (4) - Lightly raced and is open to improvement. Will appreciate stepping up in journey and is ready to peak third up. Will take beating.
2nd Pick: LIM'S PRIDE (1) - Bounced back to winning form last start. This assignment is tougher but must be respected with a repeat dose. Major player.
3rd Pick: SUN ACE (2) - Has been struggling to perform but must be considered stepping back in grade. Career credentials warrant respect so monitor market.
4th Pick: DIAMOND MINE (3) - Won a weak race last start but did it in good style. Open to further improvement so don't dismiss for the minor end.

RACE 5

1st Pick : MR MALEK (9) - Promising three-year-old looking for four straight wins. Drawn poorly but has tactical speed to roll forward. Will be hard to beat again.
2nd Pick: LIM'S CRAFT (1) - Classy type that drops in grade here after contesting the Silver Bowl. Had no luck there three wide no cover. Improver.
3rd Pick: WASSERGEIST (6) - Good fresh horse capable of sprinting well here.
4th Pick: MAKKEM LAD (8) - Speedy type that should lead here and will give a sight from the front.

RACE 6

1st Pick : RIVER SUPERSTAR (3) - Worth forgiving last start. Better served on the Polytrack surface and certainly commands respect with Ruan Maia returning to the saddle. Top pick.
2nd Pick: TAVITO (10) - Has been struggling to win but hasn't been far from the mark. Must be respected on best credentials.
3rd Pick: KRANJI GOLD (2) - Showed improvement last start. Hard to catch but career credentials demand respect. Major player with the right breaks.
4th Pick: MASTER SOMMELIER (5) - Disappointed last start but is worth forgiving. Capable of figuring for the minor end.

RACE 7

1st Pick : SIAM WARRIOR (7) - In outstanding form having won past three. Tackles Class 2 now, but on the times he's been running, he's definitely up to this grade.
2nd Pick: SAFEER (2) - Good effort to be only beaten three lengths last time on a leader's track. Improver.
3rd Pick: PASSPORT TO ROME (3) - Racing as well as ever and hard to knock here. Must be included.
4th Pick: YABADABADOO (4) - Resumes. Trialled very well and capable of pulling out a big run fresh.

RACE 8

1st Pick : PAX ANIMI (7) - This is a major step-up but is on an upward spiral. Last-start win was very impressive and has been tuned up for this with a recent trial. Will be over the odds.
2nd Pick: TOP KNIGHT (1) - Class performer who is impossible to knock. Well suited stepping up in trip and is certainly the horse to beat on best efforts.
3rd Pick: SIAM BLUE VANDA (2) - Closed off impressively last start. Big improver rising in journey and he will be hitting the line strongly yet again. Major player.
4th Pick: RIVER RADIANCE (4) - Question mark going to the mile journey but is very talented. No reason why he can't take the step-up to this grade. In the mix.

RACE 9

1st Pick : OCEAN CROSSING (1) - Fitter again now third-up and gets the perfect run. Will take beating despite the 58.5kg impost.
2nd Pick: SACRED JUDGEMENT (4) - Good effort last time when chasing hot tempo. Very unlucky two starts back. Live chance.
3rd Pick: GENTLEMEN AGREEMENT (5) - Everything went wrong last start. Was slow away then covered ground three to four wide the whole way. Going very well and must be included.
4th Pick: IRONCLAD (2) - Strong win last time with a big gap to third. Rises in weight but gets the claim for Simon Kok Wei Hoong. Can win again.
