The Tim Fitzsimmons trained Miracle didn't have a lot of luck in his Singapore debut and now appears well placed to atone at Kranji on Sunday evening.

Due to contest the final event, Miracle has only had the three starts and looks to have good upside for his new stable.

Formerly trained by Danny O'Brien [Old Name: Braeburn], Miracle rounded out his career in Australia with a maiden win at Wodonga over 1100m.

Rated 79 by Timeform, he returned a rating of 65 first up and with even luck an argument could be made he should have won.

Held up for a run passing the 400m, he got into the clear late, but didn't get a chance to build momentum.

Beaten under a length, he appears well placed off that run and it's a big tick with Duric sticking aboard.

Should be able to settle closer now he's had that run under the belt and notably strikes a fairly winnable assignment.

When assessing Timeform weight adjusted ratings, he rates top off his last start and given he should be able to build on that, he should prove hard to beat.

The Steven Burridge trained Quantum showed good improvement last start and looms as a major threat third up.

While possessing just the two wins to his name from 19 starts, he is back in good order this preparation and gets in well after the claim.

Will likely get back from the draw, but should be strong late.

First up winner My Boss also hasn't done a lot of winning, but it was hard not to like his return when beating the talented Knight Love.

Expecting that form to measure right up and he has to be included.

Of the rest the Mark Walker trained Lai Mak Mak appears the next in line.

While failing to get into the finish first up, he clearly appreciated the step up in trip last start when only narrowly beaten behind Limited Edition.

Only looks to have to repeat that level of performance to be right in the finish again.
