RACE 1

1st Pick: PERFORMANTE (8) Still winless in 12 starts, but has come close to shedding maiden status on a fewoccasions. Looking for more ground, but if the speed is on, he may finish over the top ofthese.
2nd Pick: FLYING YELLOW (10) Seems to be enjoying a second lease of life. Backed up his recent winning form with a strong barrier trial win last Thursday. Worth another shot.
3rd Pick: BLITZ POWER (2) Mare resuming and dropping back in class. Goes well fresh. Shoulders big mass, but ifshe is at her best, she can dominate this.
4th Pick: WHISTLE GRAND (12) Eye-catching fourth first-up. Gets services of stronger jockey this time round. Blinkers back on.

RACE 2

1st Pick: OUR SECRET WEAPON (6) Would have greatly improved from that debut second to Tuesday on Polytrack. Switches to turf. If he can overcome wide gate, he should be in with a strong say.
2nd Pick: BOOMBA (3) The Barree Stable-Cliff Brown combination is always worth watching when they launch a newcomer. Has not set the tracks on fire in his trials, but neither was he really tested. Has drawn an alley. Keep safe.
3rd Pick: TAKE A CHANCE (11) Made sound debut when third to Mardoona on August 16. Has improved a couple of lengths since. Nice low draw. Take another chance on him.
4th Pick: SESON (7) Got a pass mark on debut. Can make further headway in this.

RACE 3

1st Pick: TRADING POST (2) Impressive when winning on his local debut and if able to overcome a wide barrier, he is a leading hope to win again now that he is five points higher. Nice horse going forward.
2nd Pick: THUNDER (6) Covered some extra ground when a good second to Afalonhro. This is start seven in Singapore now and he can certainly go close here.
3rd Pick: AFALONHRO (1) Conditions suit this Mark Walker runner well and is up five points for a nice win last time out. Apprentice jockey Hakim Kamaruddin rides again and is a must for the frame.
4th Pick: YOU QIAN ZHUAN (14) Could be the each-way value in this race now up to this trip. Very interesting runner.

RACE 4

1st Pick: SPEEDY MISSILE (11) Was the first among the beaten brigade to the impressive The Mareeba Mango at his Bdebut. Will appreciate the extra 200m. Hard to beat.
2nd Pick: HARD TOO THINK (8) Ran fairly at first start, coming off a run of three wins at his barrier trials. Will strip fitter for this. Go close.
3rd Pick: ENTERTAINER (2) On-pace sort who will probably lead from barrier one. Will be in this for a long way.
4th Pick: MIEJ (9) Showed potential at his barrier trials. Always hard to have first ever race over seven furlongs, but if he lives up to his trial form, he can sneak into the minors.

RACE 5

1st Pick: WELL DESERVED (3) His two wins were scored with Vlad Duric up. The champion jockey may be able to unlock his winning touch here. Drawn awkwardly, but if he can get some cover in midfield, he will be right.
2nd Pick: SUPER RAY (1) Grade dropper who hit the front in the straight last time out, but faded late. Tackles easier opposition, and may pay well to follow.
3rd Pick: TRIGAMY (6) Resuming. Always thereabouts at this level. May need the run, but he can steal a place in this.
4th Pick: EVIL ROADSTER (9) Doesn't win out of turn, but this is a moderate race and if he can tuck into a handy posie early, he may run a place.

RACE 6

1st Pick: ALFARES (7) Flew home for third on debut. Shaping up as a nice sort. Extra 200m suits to a tee. Should have his fair share of admirers here.
2nd Pick: IN ALL HIS GLORY (2) Made ground at his comeback race. Looks fit and well on the training tracks. Top chance even if he has drawn off the track.
3rd Pick: THE SHADOW (13) Showed vast improvement at his second outing. First test on turf. Longer trip is up his alley.
4th Pick: UNSTOPPABLE GIANT (4) The seven furlongs will definitely be more up to the liking of this son of Savabeel. Raced much better without blinkers. Bears watching.

RACE 7

1st Pick: SUPER INVINCIBLE (1) This Lee Freedman-trained four-year-old was on the slowest part of the Polytrack last time out and since then has trialled very well. This can prove a different kettle of fish. Big player.
2nd Pick: MOONGATE STAR (2) Doing little wrong in his last few races and was good in victory last time out over course and distance. Another bold show is in the offing here.
3rd Pick: AL GREEN (3) Old timer who knows his way around the Kranji Polytrack and should run well again.
4th Pick: CALIFORNIA (6) Best of the rest in this affair and wouldn't shock to see him involved in the business end.

RACE 8

1st Pick: KHAN (1) Tried to make all on debut but found one better in the end. Won a barrier trial last week. Has pace and if he can cross from his wide alley, he will take some running down.
2nd Pick: EUNOS AVE THREE (8) Has tightened up since first-up run. May elect to lead from marble one. If he gets away with cheap sectionals, he may prove hard to catch.
3rd Pick: SMOKE AND MIRRORS (9) Nice second at his last start. The 1400m suits better. Include in calculations.
4th Pick: SUN HOLIDAY (11) Put up some decent trials, winning one last Thursday after being trapped four deep throughout. Has been well prepared for this first assignment. Outside chance.

RACE 9

1st Pick: FIDDLESTICK (2) The horse formerly known as Fight For Glory made a nice return to racing when second in a Class 5 race over 1100m on August 8. If he reproduces that form, he may be too good for these.
2nd Pick: DECRETO (7) Mixes his form. His pet trip is 1100m but he can still finish in the money.
3rd Pick: PAPERBACK TROOPER (1) Plodded when the chips were down last time out. Was probably flattened by the tough trip. Should get a more economical run from barrier No 1 this time. Don't write him off too soon.
4th Pick: WITHOUT PREJUDICE (10) Not beaten that far off at latest starts. Faces stiff task, but if he keeps at it, he may inject some value into your exotic bets.

RACE 10

1st Pick: PER INPOWER (3) A very interesting runner at this trip. This five-year-old has run some nice races of late and a recent third to Minister reads very well indeed. He can finish off strongly and land this in the dying strides.
2nd Pick: SO HI CLASS (11) Will see out this distance well and is in good form. He was entered in the Singapore Derby at an earlier stage and this is more realistic and can go well.
3rd Pick: DESTROYER ECLIPSE (2) Extremely consistent type of horse and is trying this trip for the first time but there is every possibility he will stay. Each-way here.
4th Pick: BUDDY BUDDY (13) Another who stays well and could be the value in a race like this.

RACE 11

1st Pick: MURAAHIB (7) This six-year-old really does deserve to win a nice prize and this race looks ideal for him now. It is a competitive heat but this Oscar Stable-owned runner has plenty of class and is a 1300m winner in Australia. So the trip will be no issue to him here. Player.
2nd Pick: SACRED CROIX (8) Has caught the eye in a couple of races of late and with Benny Woodworth back on board, he can go very close here under only 52kgs.
3rd Pick: ELITE POWER (2) A big win when last seen in a bunched finish and is now up a further five points. Always a hard horse to rule out and is a must for the exotics in this Class 2.
4th Pick: PASSPORT TO ROME (4) Down in grade after winning a Class 1 over a month ago. 3kgs more to carry but has plenty of talent and should go well again.

RACE 12

1st Pick: TOP KNIGHT (2) The Singapore Guineas winner last year and runner-up in the Kranji Mile. A class act on his day and this race has always been the plan for him. Vlad Duric is back on board and he has an excellent record on this Michael Clements trained-five-year-old. Added winkers can prove the right move. Will fly home late.
2nd Pick: ARAMAAYO (1) Winner of the Kranji Mile in good style and must be respected here without a doubt. Has worked well this week and is hard to keep out of the top two on the form book.
3rd Pick: MINISTER (5) Has done little wrong in Singapore so far and looks an ideal type for this race and is the only four-year-old in the race. A big win and an excellent trial this week have him spot-on for this task and even though he is drawn wide, he should be able to cross and race where he is happy.
4th Pick: PAX ANIMI (6) The Derby has always been the aim for this fellow and stepping out to this distance can bring out the best in him. Great value each-way here.

RACE 13

1st Pick: GLOBAL KID (3) Wasn't as below-par a run it may have looked on paper last time out, and can go a lot closer this time around.
2nd Pick: FORESTO (4) Has a good course and distance record to his name and in what looks an open race, he can make his presence felt for sure.
3rd Pick: LEATHERHEAD (7) Forgive last time (respiratory issues), he has trialled well since that and can hopefully perform to a better level here.
4th Pick: CENTURION (9) Certainly one to include on the back of a good run last time out when second to So Hi Class.

RACE 14

1st Pick: SAVVY COMMAND (4) Only just run out of it by Heartening Flyer 20 days ago and now gets the assistance of champion jockey Vlad Duric. Should prove hard to beat in the finale.
2nd Pick: KING'S COMMAND (11) Landed a very winnable race last start with minimal fuss. This is a little tougher, but he is untapped and has more to give. Leading chance.
3rd Pick: CENTENARY DIAMOND (1) The class act in the affair and did run a very encouraging race when last seen in action. A good 3kg claimer is booked. Can run very well.
4th Pick: DELAWARE (9) Racing well and was fourth in the Heartening Flyer race on August 16 and because of that he must go in to the number. Place hope.
