RACE 06 [TF0743]
On Monday, 28 September 2020, Trainer S Baertschiger advised that MACEO (M Kellady), which was racing in blinkers for the first time, was slow to begin and then was ridden hard in the early stages to maintain its position. He added that as a result, the gelding failed to finish the race off. He advised that the horse had pulled up well and he would continue with the current preparation but would look to remove the blinkers for its next start.
RACE 07 [TF0744]
A veterinary examination on Sunday, 27 September 2020 revealed that SIAM VIPASIRI (L Beuzelin) had returned lame off (right) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.
RACE 10 [TF0747]
On Monday, 28 September 2020, Trainer D Meagher could offer no explanation for the performance of PAPERBACK TROOPER (R Maia) adding that the gelding had pulled up well and he would continue with the current preparation.
RACE 11 [TF0748]
A veterinary examination on Sunday, 27 September 2020 revealed that ELITE POWER (L Beuzelin) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.
