On Monday, 02 August 2021, Trainer M Walker could offer no explanation for the performance of AFALONHRO (V Duric) other than the gelding was second up following surgery, and may have been flat after its first up run.

RACE 6 [TF0585]

A veterinary examination on Monday, 02 August 2021 revealed that SUN CONQUEROR (App K Hakim) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 8 [TF0587]

On Monday, 02 August 2021, Trainer M Walker advised that MAXIMILIAN (V Duric) was not suited by the wide barrier and rain affected track conditions. 

RACE 12 [TF0591]

On Monday, 02 August 2021, Trainer S Gray could offer no explanation for the performance of WECANDO (M Lerner). He added that the gelding had passed a veterinary examination this morning, however he has had further blood tests taken, and will advise Stewards if there are any adverse findings from these. He further added that the gelding will also be freshened before its next start.
