RACE 2 [TF0377]

On Tuesday, 04 May 2021, Trainer S Burridge advised that he agreed with the Jockey's comments, in that, IMA (App WH Kok), appeared to resent the kickback from the Polytrack.  He will continue with its current preparation.

RACE 3 [TF0378]

On Tuesday, 04 May 2021, Trainer M Walker advised that SACRED GIFT (V Duric) was not suited by the wide barrier, allocated weight and the way the track raced on the day.  He added that the gelding will also be given a short break from racing.

RACE 5 [TF0380]

A veterinary examination on Sunday, 02 May 2021 revealed that STAR JACK (M Lerner) had returned as a Grade 4 roarer. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 6 [TF0381]

On Tuesday, 04 May 2021, Trainer J Peters advised that he could offer no explanation for the performance of CIRCUIT STAR (V Duric), adding that it had passed a veterinary examination the day following the race.  He will continue with its current preparation.

RACE 9 [TF0384]

A veterinary examination on Sunday, 02 May 2021 revealed that TWILL GUY (App R Iskandar) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

RACE 11 [TF0386]

On Tuesday, 04 May 2021, Trainer M Clements advised that HEARTENING FLYER (L Beuzelin), having drawn a wide barrier, was ridden back in the field and was not suited by the tempo of the race.  He added that if circumstances permit, they will endeavor to have the gelding ridden more forward at its next start.
