A veterinary examination on Sunday, 23 May 2021 revealed that ELLIOT NESS (V Duric) had returned lame near (left) fore. It will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.
RACE 10 [TF0453]
On Monday, 24 May 2021, Trainer M Clements advised that BIG HEARTED (L Beuzelin) had pulled up well, and had passed a veterinary examination on Sunday, 23 May 2021. He added that the gelding may have settled too far back given the way the track was racing on the day.
