RACE 1

1st Pick: FREE FALLIN' (4) Was a dominant winner in Class 5 three starts ago. This is his right grade and the mile suits.
2nd Pick: AWESOME CONQUEROR (5) Both wins in Singapore have come in Class 5. His distance record is good having been placed twice over this trip.
3rd Pick: DON DE LA VEGA (1) Consistent galloper who looks well placed here this week. Looked in good order winning a trial last week.
4th Pick: RED RIDING WOOD (9) Finished strongly last start and not beaten far. Distance is not a worry if he brings his best form forward.

RACE 2

1st Pick: HOLY ELEANOR (2) First start was full of merit beaten under a length behind Starharmony. She can only improve from that run.
2nd Pick: DON'T TELL TILLY (3) Consistent galloper who is still looking for her debut win. Has been placed behind winners who have gone on to win more races.
3rd Pick: LADY ROXANNE (7) Yet to run a placing in five attempts but is in a strong stable and has trialled well in the past.
4th Pick: CITY HALL (9) Was unlucky last start getting bumped after jumping and never looked a threat. His form is good enough to win here.

RACE 3

1st Pick: BOOMBA (4) Probably needed the run at comeback race. Looks sharper on the tracks since and will be hard to beat this time.
2nd Pick: STREET CRY SUCCESS (2) Has strung up two wins in a row in similar style. Goes over same course and distance and the four-kilo claim is a big bonus. In the mix again.
3rd Pick: BILLY ELLIOT (12) Impressive debut winner in Maiden company. Loomed for back-to-back wins in open company but Fireworks proved too slick. Returned lame. Up against even tougher opposition and has drawn off the track. Place claims.
4th Pick: OUR PINNACLE (6) Bounced back to form last start. Faces stiffer test but from barrier one, he should be thereabouts again.

RACE 4

1st Pick: LORD OF WIND (1) Only lightly-raced having won one from five starts. First time in Class 5 and one to watch.
2nd Pick: LIM'S WISH (4) Hasn't done much since winning his maiden earlier in the year. This isn't a strong race and looks a danger. 't done much since winning his maiden earlier in the year. This isn't a strong race and looks a danger.
3rd Pick: SUPREME FIGHTER (8) Although he is only placed one from six in Singapore. He gets his chance in this event if his form from last start holds up.
4th Pick: TESORO PIRATA (6) Showed vast improvement at first run from a spell. Can make further headway in this.

RACE 5

1st Pick: ALLEGRO (1) Won well last start and retains his Class 5 rating. Sat midfield and finished off strongly to beat Hosayliao.
2nd Pick: BIG DAY (7) Still a maiden in Singapore but did run a nice third behind the handy Admiral Winston followed up by a nice trial recently.
3rd Pick: EVIL SPEEDO (8) Racing first-up this weekend and has raced well fresh before. Can surprise.
4th Pick: SPORTSCASTER (3) His best form reads better over further distances but is a proven Class 5 horse and cannot be ruled out here.

RACE 6

1st Pick: COUSTEAU (5) Ran on for a nice third last time out. Been hitting around the mark of late. Looks the goods in this.
2nd Pick: MAN OF MYSTERY (4) Blinker-pacifiers seem to have sharpen him up. Working well on the training tracks. In the firing line for a long way.
3rd Pick: ABLEST ASCEND (3) Taken on at his last start. Knocked up in the straight. Well drawn and with frontrunning expert Mohd Zaki on board, he can go all the way.
4th Pick: SACRED GIFT (1) Dropped back from wide alley at his last run and never threatened thereafter. Drawn awkwardly again. Shadow roll on. Can still finish in the money.

RACE 7

1st Pick: MAXIMILIAN (2) Always a threat in this grade. His last few starts have been over a shorter journey but well proven at this trip in the past.
2nd Pick: DUSSELDORF (4) Doesn't win too often but his runs lately have been enough to give him a sight against this field.
3rd Pick: CLARTON SUPREME (7) Earlier this year strung two wins together in nice fashion and better suited to the turf. Honest type in Class 5.
4th Pick: CIZEN LUCKY (6) His runs have been okay lately. Hasn't been beaten far in his previous runs and put together a nice trial win last week.

RACE 8

1st Pick: MR MALEK (1) Hard to go past him following his eye-catching third first-up from a layoff. Trip suits. Horse to beat.
2nd Pick: OCEAN CROSSING (4) Surprised at his last start with a flying finish over 1100m. Handles turf just as well. Won't surprise if he pops up again.
3rd Pick: MURAAHIB (3) Ran creditably at his last outing when eased from the Group 1 Lion City Cup into Class 2 company. In rattling form. Visors replaced by blinkers. Commands respect.
4th Pick: NOWYOUSEE (2) Lost no marks at his last two Group 1 raids. This is easier and he should give another bold account of himself.

RACE 9

1st Pick: MIEJ (2) Lightly-raced horse from the strong Michael Clements stable. Big drop from Class 4 to Class 5 and could surprise.
2nd Pick: FLYING YELLOW (5) Drops back in distance from his last start win but shouldn't be a worry as his 1200m form is proven.
3rd Pick: SESON (9) Looks well placed in this event. Hasn't been beaten far at his recent runs and looking to win one very soon.
4th Pick: RETALLICA (12) A last-start winner who remains in Class 5. His last-start win was strong and he can continue on his winning way.

RACE 10

1st Pick: MYSTERY POWER (1) Thought to be underclass given his impressive credentials in UK but was rolled second-up. Jockey queried. Has drawn an alley. Will be hard to beat with the four- kilo claim.
2nd Pick: DAY APPROACH (3) In his element here. Will be in the thick of the action when the whips are cracking. Include in calculations.
3rd Pick: SUN TREK (5) Ignore last couple of starts when things didn't go his way. Drawn better this time. With Mohd Zaki up, he will be rated nicely upfront. Don't rule him out.
4th Pick: IN ALL HIS GLORY (2) First run for Tim Fitzsimmons was fair. Will be better suited by seven furlongs. Not without place claims.

RACE 11

1st Pick: CRYSTAL WARRIOR (1) Impressive winner at his two barrier trials. Speedy sort who ran third in Group 3 race in Australia. 3YO Sprint is his target. From barrier one, he will be hard to reel in.
2nd Pick: SKY EYE (4) Polytrack specialist who has maintained form since his last win over 1100m last month. Nice low draw. Shapes up as the main challenger to the selection.
3rd Pick: MACEO (5) Back to winner's circle at his last start. If he gets away cheaply in front, he will be a threat again.
4th Pick: SUPER POSH (6) Mixes his form but on his day, he can fight out the finish in this. Blinkers replaced by visors.

RACE 12

1st Pick: KING'S COMMAND (2) Has an electric turn of foot. In dashing form and will again take some beating. Go close.
2nd Pick: RELENTLESS (5) Vlad Duric jumping off King's Command to take this ride is a good pointer. Leading hope.
3rd Pick: GODFATHERS (4) Disappointing at his last start. Was crowded at the start but it's not an excuse. Can atone
4th Pick: CHAMPAGNE FINALE (11) Reverts to turf after two placings on Polytrack mile. Each-way prospect.
