RACE 1

1st Pick: AMORE AMORE (9) Stable in form. Let down powerfully at his last outing. Hard to predict if he can deliver the same performance here, but if he does, he can win this.
2nd Pick: EASYLIGHTS (4) In his element here. Can put in a blow, although awkward alley is a query.
3rd Pick: KING ZOUSTAR (1) Drops back in grade. Was not beaten off by better horses not too long ago. Bears watching.
4th Pick: STAR EFFECT (8) Tried to make all last start. Held on gamely but winner Sabah Star was too good. Danger if he gets away cheaply.

RACE 2

1st Pick: QARAAT (5) Has not won for a little while but has scored off a much higher mark in the past (last win off 76). The John O'Hara team are in good form in recent weeks and this fellow seems to be returning to form nicely and looks ready to win again. Leading contender.
2nd Pick: GOOD LUCK CHARM (9) Has not won for a little while but has scored off a much higher mark in the past (last win off 76). The John O'Hara team are in good form in recent weeks and this fellow seems to be returning to form nicely and looks ready to win again. Leading contender.
3rd Pick: SALAMENCE (2) Ran well last time out off a slightly higher mark than ideal (last win off 60). He is weighted to the hilt but can make the frame.
4th Pick: LONGHU (7) Comes into this on the back of a nice win off 53 (last two victories off that mark). He has perhaps found his mark nowadays but has won off higher and is certainly no back number just yet.

RACE 3

1st Pick: TONY'S LOVE (7) Ran best race to-date in a 1800m race last time out. Checked and laid in. Wide gate but it's okay as he gets back. Will be a threat in this.
2nd Pick: RESURGENCE (3) Eye-catching last-start second to Blue Chip was full of merit. Can be considered if he turns up with the same finish here.
3rd Pick: BLUE CHIP (8) Regained his form at his last start. Trip right up his alley. Nice low draw. Will be thereabouts.
4th Pick: IMA (2) Showed promise on debut but has been hard to catch since. Trainer has been tinkering with gear and distance, but is still looking for the answer. Drawn wide. Include in exotic bets.

RACE 4

1st Pick: MANDRAKE (6) Has not been the easiest to get right on occasions but turned in a good effort in defeat last time out when runner-up to Absolvido. He is off a good mark and can go very close again.
2nd Pick: DIAMOND BEAUTY (8) Ran a cracker in the same race as Mandrake when third and is currently, 14 points lower than her last win and if in the same vein of form, she makes for an interesting runner here.
3rd Pick: ABSOLVIDO (3) Winner of the race in question when last seen and is up five points for that victory. He has a little more to do here but should be included for the multiples.
4th Pick: LIM'S SAMURAI (1) Formerly quite classy but has dropped down the grades now. This step up in trip is a plus and can figure on best form.

RACE 5

1st Pick: NEW GARDEN (6) Needs things to go his way. Tends to leave his runs late but if he gets an uninterrupted run, he is not without claims in this.
2nd Pick: MAXIMILIAN (8) Seems to have lost his way a little. Don't write him off too soon, though. Blinker- pacifiers on. At his best, he can have the measure of this lot.
3rd Pick: LIM'S SHOT (5) Bounced back to form with a close-up third to My Horse last time out. Can mix his form but if he reproduces his last-start effort, he should be in this with a chance.
4th Pick: SUPER SIX (2) Not getting any younger but has nonetheless shown there is still a fight left in those ageing legs. Can finish in the money.

RACE 6

1st Pick: LEATHERHEAD (1) Last start was an eye-catching run behind Matsuribayashi. Has a great record over this distance and can bounce back to winning ways in this.
2nd Pick: BORN TO WIN (9) His form has been good lately. Tempo did not suit at his last run and look to forgive that run. Can be a player here.
3rd Pick: CHAMPAGNE FINALE (8) Looks better suited to the switch back to the Polytrack. His best career stats have come on this surface and at the distance. Big Improver here.
4th Pick: SOLO SUN (4) His record is good for this track and distance. Last few starts have not been special but with his former form can step up in this race.

RACE 7

1st Pick: STENMARK (2) Was doing all his best work late over a shorter trip when second to Sahabat last time out. He is bursting to win one, having run very well on several occasions and now the extra distance can work in his favour here.
2nd Pick: AMAZING BREEZE (5) Absolutely bolted up in a Restricted Maiden in June and the form of that race is  working out well since, with Renzo (third) winning recently. The extra trip should not be an issue and he can be bang in there.
3rd Pick: REAL EFECTO (4) Broke his maiden over 1600m but has been running good races over 1200m recently and this step-up in trip is a major plus for a horse once considered for the 3yo series races.
4th Pick: RED OCEAN (6) An all-the-way winner over this track and trip when last seen and although possibly not beating a great deal, he did it well from the front and can continue to go in the right direction.

RACE 8

1st Pick: BIG DAY (5) Has got the foot on the till. Checked last start but still finished off well for third. Well drawn and is cherry-ripe for the win. Include in calculations.
2nd Pick: RETALLICA (2) In good form. Followed up 1100m win with second in a 1200m race five weeks later. Leading hope in this even from wide alley.
3rd Pick: VOLUNTAD (9) Still chasing that first win but came close at last couple of starts. Have not performed so well on Polytrack, though. Pacifiers on. Marble one. Place claims look better.
4th Pick: COMING FAST (3) Not the worst here, but not a model of consistency either. On best form, he should be in the mix in this. Breaks from awkward barrier.

RACE 9

1st Pick: MAKKEM LAD (6) Frontrunning-style horse with a great record at this track and distance. Has been placed in Group company before and looks well placed here.
2nd Pick: QUARTER BACK (9) Bounced back to winning ways last start over 1400m. Drops back in distance for this but does have good form at the trip.
3rd Pick: FAME STAR (1) Classy sprinter who has run in some of our best sprint races in recent years. Likes to jump and run but has a big weight to contend with.
4th Pick: PASSPORT TO ROME (7) Has been in a good patch of form lately running very well against good opposition. Good record for track and distance here and can figure.

RACE 10

1st Pick: MR HOOPER (4) Runner-up to Longhu last start and has conditions to suit well here and has a bit in hand with the handicapper on the pick of his form (seven points lower than last win). This race is an ideal fit and should go close.
2nd Pick: SUPERMAX (6) Has run some very nice races in defeat over this course and distance so far this year and rates a leading chance on the back of another good performance.
3rd Pick: MASTER RYKER (2) Did not get the clearest of passages last time (might have finished closer) and did rally late to take third. He is from a powerful stable and should be included.
4th Pick: FIRST BOWL (9) More positive tactics worked a treat over the 1000m last time in lesser company. There is more to do now back in class 4 grade but is still of interest.

RACE 11

1st Pick: TIGER ROAR (1) Classy 3yo who was very dominant winning the 3yo sprint at his last outing. Better suited over this distance and will take some beating.
2nd Pick: PROSPEROUS RETURN (2) Ran a great race first-up against these same fancied runners. Will be fitter for that run and look for a big improvement.
3rd Pick: EVEREST (10) Has had a solid preparation sine winning his maiden in May. Caught the eye last start and the 1400m does not look to be a worry for him.
4th Pick: BE YOU (6) Well-bred speedy runner who likes to be up on the pace and make all his own luck. With a good barrier can be a threat up front.

RACE 12

1st Pick: THE MARKSMAN (12) Has been ultra-consistent since arriving at Kranji. Can settle back but with good pace in the race can grow wings late in the finish.
2nd Pick: TRUMPY (1) Having his second run at Class 3 level after having competed at a higher level before. Has not been beaten far at group level and trialled nicely leading into this.
3rd Pick: QUADCOPTER (4) Good record at this track and distance winning three from nine starts. Not an overly hot Class 3 race and can figure prominently.
4th Pick: VITTORIA PERFETTA (2) Well performed galloper from a strong stable. Suitable type of race to regain some better form like he had last year.
