RACE 1

1st Pick: BORN TO WIN (4) Has raced in better company than this. The mile will suit him better. Should be thereabouts.
2nd Pick: SUPER ATAS (5) Showed vast improvement at third start. Will probably settle at the rear from wide alley and hit the line strongly late.
3rd Pick: AMORE AMORE (3) One win second-up, but subsequent runs have been letdowns save for a few fluked placings. Not the worst here, though. Tongue-tie off, pacifiers on. Can sneak into the minors.
4th Pick: HWASONG (7) Never a factor last start. Best ridden quietly at the rear. Gets services of leading apprentice. Can bounce back.

RACE 2

1st Pick: THE SHADOW (3) Seems a different proposition since stable transfer. Have been sharper in his barrier trials with blinkers off, including winning the last one with ease on April 1. Has drawn an alley. Improved run expected.
2nd Pick: IMA (1) Always fancied but seems to lack that killer instinct. Will probably be well backed again. Low draw a big plus. Blinkers off, shadow roll on. Overdue for a win.
3rd Pick: ALEXANDER (8) Countofmontecristo's half-brother showed significant improvement at his last barrier trial. Green as grass but blinkers seem to have improved him out of sight. Worth a bet.
4th Pick: FANTASTIC (9) Has had a few barrier trials under the belt. Trainer David Kok doesn't rush his young horses. Can be included in quartet.

RACE 3

1st Pick: BOOMBA (4) The class act in this field having won the Group 3 Singapore Golden Horseshoe last December and has now joined Tim Fitzsimmons. The one to beat.
2nd Pick: ROYALTY (2) Interesting on Australian form and has trialled well. One to watch here.
3rd Pick: DAY APPROACH (7) A recent trial success puts him in the mix in this affair.
4th Pick: STREET PARTY (11) Always seems to be finishing in the money and does go well fresh, so one to include for exotics.

RACE 4

1st Pick: LOVING BABE (2) Ran okay first-up. Will strip fitter for the run. Not without claims.
2nd Pick: DIAMOND MINE (1) Mixes his form but overall, his form still reads better than most of these. Handy draw. Blinker-pacifiers off, winkers and shadow roll on. Go close.
3rd Pick: RAPID FIRE (5) Pint-sized type who ran on nicely last time out. If he reproduces that run, he would be a strong factor in this.
4th Pick: LIFE IS GAMBLE (7) Recent runs have not been without merit. Drawn awkwardly. Hard to make a case for such horses, but he might just land a blow in this moderate affair.

RACE 5

1st Pick: GOLDEN THUNDER (7) Slow out of the gates last start. Flew home but just missed out. In his element and warrants plenty of respect here.
2nd Pick: LIM'S SHOT (8) Didn't fire a shot last time out, but had to burn extra petrol on a wide course and knocked up. Will jump from barrier one this time. Can make amends.
3rd Pick: BEYOND COMPARED (5) Never lived up to the hype. Changed trainer. Whether that is the trigger remains to be seen. Seems to work a touch better. Blinkers off. May turn form around.
4th Pick: MOWGLI (2) Resuming. Showed bits and pieces of ability at first prep. Won last barrier trial. Looks fit enough for forward showing first-up.

RACE 6

1st Pick: BIG HEARTED (1) The Singapore Gold Cup winner, who returned with a super effort over a trip way too short last time out. These conditions will suit him and even though he has a big weight, he is certainly the one to get past here.
2nd Pick: PASSPORT TO ROME (3) On the pick of his best form, he is a player in a race like this and should go very well.
3rd Pick: ON LINE (5) In-form without winning recently and is from the same stable as the top pick. He will run another solid race and must be factored into calculations.
4th Pick: AUGUSTANO (4) The only pace in the race and if he gets an easy time upfront, he can possibly stay there for a long way.

RACE 7

1st Pick: ACCUMULATION (10) On his last-start flying second, he has to be considered a leading hope here. Will lap up extra 200m and drop of eight kilos.
2nd Pick: CLARTON SUPREME (5) Looking at a three-in-a-row. Well in on weights but the sticky draw might hamper his chances. Still has solid place claims.
3rd Pick: BIG REGARDS (2) Every chance from barrier one last start. Just missed out. Won't have the luxury of an inside draw this time. Tougher but he has maintained his form and cannot be left out of the equation.
4th Pick: LADY FAST (1) Switches back to turf. In good shape, working well on training tracks. Outside chance.

RACE 8

1st Pick: HAPPY FRIDAY (2) Winning form is good form for Happy Friday. Overcame Ima in the concluding stages at his last start. No reason why he can't win again.
2nd Pick: BROADWAY SUCCESS (8) Looked home and hosed at his last run but was outsprinted by Free Fallin', Top three finish on the cards.
3rd Pick: BOY NEXT DOOR (1) More competitive in Class 5. Boxed on well for second at his last outing. Keep safe.
4th Pick: GOLDEN DASH (4) Had the race in his keeping but shortened up late. Shadow roll on. Include in calculations.

RACE 9

1st Pick: BRIGHT ALMIGHTY (2) A runner in decent form right now and has trialled well ahead of this run. Conditions suit and the race is an ideal fit for him. Big chance.
2nd Pick: SONGGONG HERA (5) Won a recent trial quite nicely and is yet to show what he can on Singapore form. He is better than the local form would suggest.
3rd Pick: WINNING HOBBY (6) Went close on latest outing and should be amongst the principles at the business end.
4th Pick: AL GREEN (8) Not the force of old but is ticking over nicely and is a place chance here.

RACE 10

1st Pick: SPIRIT OF BIG BANG (6) Always well thought of by connections and has returned with two rock solid runs in defeat. Can go a couple of placings better now.
2nd Pick: DANCING RAIN (7) Flew home last start for a good second, anymore of the same will see him go close.
3rd Pick: SO HI CLASS (5) Up in grade here but can measure up on the pick of his form.
4th Pick: TRUMPY (1) Has the big weight but also has the class and should be kept safe in a race like this under Oscar Chavez.

RACE 11

1st Pick: RONALDO'S DREAM (6) Not seen for a good while since winning on debut. Has trialled well for a win and the extra 4kgs coming off is a big plus.
2nd Pick: THE MARKSMAN (3) Has looked sure to win one very soon on local form so far and this fellow looks very interesting in this heat.
3rd Pick: MYSTERY POWER (5) A Group 2 winner at best in the UK for Richard Hannon when taking the Superlative Stakes in 2019. His trials have been a bit of a mixed bag but he has plenty of talent and must be included.
4th Pick: WAR PRIDE (2) A last-start winner and the stable are in good form.
