Race 1

#6 My Ecstatic lines up for his first attempt at the Happy Valley mile and looks destined to recieve the run of the race. He maps to trail the speed and I'm banking on him
overhauling those ahead through the final furlong. He is well exposed and probably close to his mark but the easier races at Happy Valley provide connections with further winning opportunities.
#2 Beauty Glory shall kick through from the inside draw in an attempt to hold the lead and thereafter dictate the tempo. It's appears, however, that he'll be tested by one or two others searching for the same spot but he can take the sit if necessary. Zac Purton shall play his cards as they're dealt but whatever hand is dished up he'll remain in play for the major prize.
#5 World Famous is a high crushing vehicle that performs best when allowed to roll and that's precisely what happened when he recently won. That occurred in the lower grade of class 4 so better credentialed opponents here shall be far more difficult to hold off. On the flip side, he's a horse that's dealt with multiple injuries throughout his career but races soundly at present. The blinkers also worked a treat last time out and it's worth remembering he's previously won twice in this grade.
#7 Dr Winning has been competitive at this level so far and should be respected from the excellent barrier draw. There were excuse previously over the 1800m on a wet track, and a heavy mid-race jostle also affected his rhythm and closing sectional speed. Fitness won't be an issue and this being just his first campaign of racing suggests there's plenty more wins on the way.
#3 Wealthy Delight is the question mark runner that resumes from a lengthy break.
Concerns with his action back in January have seen him rested for a five month period and following five barrier trials, he's ready to race. With Moreira up for John Size he'll be kept very safe in the betting, but I'm prepared to watch and see first up.

Race 6

#7 King Dragon has been a real head scratcher his entire career and with one win from twenty nine starts, he's no punters pal. That being said I find it difficult to tip against him tonight from barrier five and suggest he's a great each way play. Vincent Ho jumps back aboard and the opposition appear the weakest he's faced throughout the entire season.
This is his race to lose and he's a great roving banking for exotics.
#1 Fearless Fire has made his owners plenty of money during his career of more than sixty starts and he can further add to that coin tonight. The wide gate won't be an issue, as he gets back in the field, and with Blake Shinn back aboard a good ride is almost certain. Like many going around, he's tired and well raced, but continues rocking up with the required energy.
#3 AI One has left the stable of David Hayes and makes his debut tonight for Jimmy Ting. The lightly raced 5yo has been creeping closer to his first Hong Kong win and should be genuinely entertained. He's first up from a reasonable break but looks forward enough, judged on his work to make his presence felt.
#8 Red Brick Fighter is a two time winner in class 4 and rarely runs an uncompetitive race. The journey of 1650m is the testing material, as his recorded suggests, but his current form and inside draw give him an edge against most. With Zac Purton moving elsewhere, he'll be inflated odds, so including him in your overall calculations may pay dividends.
#9 Super Hornet heads to the Happy Valley race course for his debut at the city circuit and I expect him to try and lead. He's going to need a lift on his present form but can put himself in the early hunt on speed. He deserves to be a reasonable price which can add further spice to multiples should he cling on at the finish.

Selections : 7,1,3,8,9

R7 - 6,7,1,8,5

R8 - 4,3,9,2,7

R9 - 5,3,2,9,4
